  1. Link to the source of punishment (report/post): http://www.dayzrp.com/t-formal-rp2-bad-rp-in-stary-17-05-2014-22-00?pid=672449#pid672449 Why the verdict is not fair: I wouldn't say the verdict is not fair, I had been reported and didn't reply within the allocated time, therefore I received a temp ban. I did not reply because I simply haven't been online in a few days, so I was unaware that I had even been reported, and that I needed to give my PoV. Additional statements/comments explaining your point of view: From my perspective: I saw that Austin was armed and he was heading back towards his fire, so it was obvious that he was going to either put it out or do something with it. I was hiding behind him, so I waited for him to get back to the fire, and as soon as he started the animation I said through microphone: "Don't turn around or I'll shoot! Do not turn around!", by then the animation was coming to an end and he was in the process of standing back up, and THIS is when he turned to face me. I then killed him because from my point of view I had warned him twice, he'd been facing AWAY from me for the duration of the animation, and THEN decided to turn around when the animation was ending. I did not shoot him in the back. I could have been wrong, but I also assumed they were the bandit type as I had been watching their road block which was stationed by at least 5 players. There was only 1 of me so I was a little nervous and I didn't want to give Austin the chance to run behind a tree, take up a defensive position and call for his friends, leaving me stuck between him and them, which is why I was fairly aggressive with my actions. What would you like to achieve with this appeal: Just to have my ban revoked. What could you have done better?: Maybe I could have given Austin a little more time to react. Thank you for taking the time to review my appeal and I hope to be playing again soon! Sincerely, Infexious Ash Smith
