Axel Nelson was born on 22nd of January, 1989 in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina as a son of John Nelson and Amina Nelson. During the breakup of Yugoslavia and Bosnian war from 1992 to 1995 young Axel and his family lived in Austria. When the war was over, his family came back to the war-torn Bosnia and Herzegovina. When Axel was 10 years old, his parents divorced and his father moved back to Austria and Axel stayed with his mother in Bosnia. He graduated from the University of Sarajevo with a Bachelors Degree in Traffic and Communications and applied for the Air Force training program in the Armed Forces of Bosnia and Herzegovina. After three years of Air Force training and gaining enough flight hours he became a captain of Bell UH-1 Iroquois or better known as "Huey". He was assigned to the Air Force & Anti-Air Defense Brigade in Sarajevo. Axel's biggest passion was flying and after few years of serving in the Bosnian Armed Forces, Axel decided to leave and open his own air taxi company. In the begining it was hard, Axel had to finish multiple trainings to get licensed as a civil commerical pilot and type rated on the Bell 206 Jet Ranger helicopter. But once the hard part was over, and his company leased a Bell 206 helicopter, his dreams took off. He offered transportation and air-taxi service to civilians and governments around the world. Chernorussian government tried to avoid contracting Russian companies and Axel's company was selected to be contracted for the air-taxi transportation of government officials. Axel transported Chernarussian government officials to different surrounding countries in official visits. In January 2020, Axel not only had contracts with government in Chernarus, but with multiple civilian companies based in Chernarus. His company's only Bell 206 was most of the time based at Balota Airstrip. In May 2020, just before the Martial Law was declared, Axel's Bell 206 was having a major engine problems and it was parked at the Balota Airstrip waiting for repairs and spare parts. Once the martial law was declared and borders closed, his only helicopter was not airworthy and he had to stay in the Chernarus. **to be filled**
