i think we set set our expectations too high with the lore wipe and were ultimately disappointed. and current attitude among players and the bickering that has started up again has made me want to play less and less on top of the game being bad 

I getcha, seems like an accumulation of factors rather than just one thing, maybe that's why I can't put my finger on it

it's best to just take a break sometimes! mine lasted about 2 years but it's all right to take a small break and not force anything, tbh

use the lack of motivation, use the power of the dark side. Sit Idle and do nuttin.

@Mischief trouble is I've taken a break from RP for quite a while, trying to figure out how to come back to it ^^

Sometimes it's best to try a new concept. It's hard when there's multiple restarts to lore, but I'm sure you'll find something. Just don't force it.
