  1. yes I returned to check. after that I saw you had gotten out, I heard voices and was trying to listen for hostilities before I approached, I went and waited in the shed for my friend to get in, and for you to come out instead of approaching and seeming hostile. I did return to check, maybe not in your time frame but as soon as I was able.
  2. it doesn't matter how many locks there are it was a quiet secluded base in the middle of nowhere, and there was no one there or even nearby as far as I could see. as for being in your base, which I believed was now mine I was finishing up the door and I had to leave to go take care of something IRL. I did speak with you but I didn't see you. when I came back to check on you was the earliest I was able to return. I hung around with a guy named Arthur and waited around for you. you appeared twice if you are chester, but didn't seem to address any grievances. Arthur said the guy I was waiting on was getting on but not on yet.
  3. My friend and I were looking for food and a base to live in, he came upon one that he though he could get into and easily make our own. it didn't seem actively inhabited and we were able to secure it. we out for looking for supplies and came across some more storage and took it back and added it. my friend Johnny got off shortly after that and I was finishing up locking the gate as I had to get off as well. I had a brief conversation with chase but had to go and locked up our gate. I returned as soon as I was able to check to make sure I hadn't locked him in, I hadn't thought about him being stuck in as im fairly new. when I returned I talk to Arthur and a chester who both live there, and they said they are considering going back on the road, and heading south. I think we have reached a peaceful situation an are just waiting to hear what they decide. I waited for about 20 minutes for chase but he didn't reappear to talk, I headed towards a near abandoned building to log off and was kicked before I could do so.
  4. Hassle Bo Mickens is my name, I am part of a dying breed, I guess that could mean human, but I meant before the world went to shit. I was a rancher and cattleman in the old world, one of the last real cowboys in a digital age. I spent a good deal of time hunting, fishing and just practicing good clean living when not working for Edith on the ranch. When I started on the ranch I was living in a nearby lean-to opposite the barn. I worked for several months to prove my worth, and Edith saw that. After seeing how well I took care of the animals, Edith invited me to move into the house, which is where our relationship began. Courting a woman over twice my age was no easy task, and at 35 I wasn't quite a spring chicken anymore. I stayed with Edith for another year and our love grew much like the expanding vegetable garden out back. Then tragedy struck. The outbreak was widespread and faster than anything we'd ever seen. We decided to go to town and get what supplies we could to help try and outlast this plague, but the infection had already made it to our town. The grocer boy Frank Handler dropped dead and then turned before our very eyes, biting Edith on the leg before I had the sense to put a pitchfork through his neck. I got Edith home and tried my best to see to her injuries, but after days of fever she passed and not long after she turned, and ran me out of the house. If not for my neighbor Wallace she would have got me, but he sniped her from his back porch with a hunting rifle. Wallace was a neighboring farmer who also ran a small crop-dusting business, but had been a good friend to Edith for 20 years. Wallace and I got Edith cleaned up as best we could and wrapped her in her favorite quilt, however she could not rest in peace until she could be brought home to Chernarus. Wallace agreed to help me get her there, seeing as he was a pilot and all, but his little crop duster wasn't gonna cross an ocean. he plotted a course to an airfield that belonged to an aviation collector of older aircraft. we commandeered an old DC-4 and scraped together enough AV gas to get us over Chernarus. Up until this point I assumed that we would be landing, but this was not Wallace's plan. The airfield was apparently overrun and out only option was to parachute in. We only had two parachutes. I jumped first with a very ripe Edith strapped in front of me, followed by Wallace. When I pulled the rip-cord however Edith became detached from her arms in the straps and plummeted towards the ground. I had lost Edith again. Also I had lost Wallace, the chutes being 40-50 years old I don't believe his ever opened, at least not that I saw. I am fortunate to be here on the ground alive, but I got a mission, well two missions. I need to survive long enough to find Edith and bring her to her family resting place, and I need to Wallace if in fact he is still alive.
