  1. I have lived in Chernarus with my wife and son for a year and a half, ever since my Job in the oil and gas business moved us here. My younger brother also moved with us, as he has fallen on some hard times and was in need of a new start. Life in Chernarus has been amazing. Although initially my wife was not thrilled with the move, she has since come around. Jack has even managed to find a good group of friends to hang out with. Life is good! I was out on a Hunting trip with my brother when the outbreak happened. We would always go to the same area every year, and always come home with some big game trophies. It all started when we saw one of those "walkers" digging into an Elk that we had shot. To our surprise, the thing just looked at us, and then went back to eating. Almost as if we didnt even exist. Shortly thereafter, a smaller horde of them was drawn to the carcass, but seemed more interested in us. My brother and I ran in horror, as we both feared for our lives. We eventually made it back to the truck, and high tailed it home. When I arrived back at home, I noticed that my wife Beth and 10 year old son Jack were gone. I scrambled around the house to find any trace of them, but all I came across was a hand written letter laying in a keepsake box my wife got me for our 10 year anniversary. The note made mention that they were leaving town to get Beth's father, who lived just outside of town. They were going to wait there in his underground bunker until I made it there... After arriving we had discovered that the bunker was empty, and all the items had been ran-sacked. It was now that I felt more determined than ever to find my family.
