    S1 Tisy Military - BadRP/Invalid Kill - 17:00 12/04/2019

Hi Phoenix, Me and Jay were looting around Tisy. We were planning to take OP as a hostage to then trade him to a random group or use him as bait to get another person to become our hostage, as we did later with another bunch of people. Jay and Thomas who I was with overheard and saw some people running about 100 metres away from us so went to have a quick look. Due to unintended circumstances I started getting swarmed by zombies. Whilst protecting myself and the hostage for RP that was to follow this incident. Whilst shooting it is visible in the clip a stray bullet accidentally killed the OP. So our plan of holding him hostage didn't work, leading to him dying. At the same time we begun to be shot at from the other side of base. Nobody was hit thankfully. Besides the above; the hostage was having a bad attitude throughout the situation, not behaving as he should during the situation, only responding with mediocre answers. It isn't a reason to kill him, but highlights the ridiculousness of the report. If he acted more along with the RP we tried to do on him, we would have kept him inside the barracks safe rather than try and move him somewhere else in the base, due to the boring RP he was giving. After this we left Tisy to travel somewhere else, where we found another person who we initiated on. He said he'd take us to camp hope just not to kill him.
  2. The below rules clearly set the situation out. 2.3 Be a good sport. Do not focus on PvP aspect of the game and attack everything that moves just because you can or are good at it. Remember that not many players will enjoy being constantly attacked, therefore you should not dominate other groups or players into submission to a point where they can no longer accomplish their regular role play or enjoy the game. 3.3 You may not focus on out of character gains to the detriment of RP. For example, "rule play" is prioritizing things like kill rights or OOC information above more appropriate IC actions or behavior. Always prioritize role play over rule play. 4.1 All initiations and hostile actions as well as their demands and conditions must be made clear and unambiguous to all involved players. Hostile actions or initiations must be done personally and on specific targets who must be aware who the attacker is, for example they cannot be done remotely through radio or PA system. 4.4 Hostile situations must focus on the role play experience of both attackers and victims. Both sides should actively participate and contribute to role play in all situations, any disputes or issues can be discussed and resolved afterwards. As an attacker you may NOT: Attack other players just for the sake of gear by doing a quick robbery that involves little to no role play. From the above '(Yelling hands up or die 20 times in the span of 2seconds made it inaudible and not clear)' where I couldn't understand, and neither could my mates rewatching the video. In addition you prioritised loot and quick robbery over RP.

Hi, from the video it shows that it I did accidentally spray on you. My apologies for that. It was going to become a hostage situation after, where we were planning on trying to sell the OP for money, but unfortunately it didn't work out due to the stray bullet.

  5. I couldn't hear him as the video shows? Hence I stopped around to listen to then get gunned down.

Server and location: Dayzrp.com / S1 Vybor Approximate time and date of the incident (SERVER TIME): 20:00 Your in game name: Hildomir Cervan Names of allies involved: 1 - Jay, Thomas Name of suspect/s: Unknown Friendly/Enemy vehicles involved (if any): N/A Additional evidence? (video/screenshot): Yes Detailed description of the events: Me, Ron and Thomas were travelling from Airfield to Vybor. Once getting to the police station I was engaged by an individual as I was leaving. I couldnt understand anything due to bad microphone, except for "motherfucker" then as I was trying to catch a word he was saying he gunned me down. Reporting for: RDM, No RP, Invalid engagement.
  7. 18:00:08 | Player "Hilgormir Cervan" hit by Player "Hennie Louw" into Torso with CR-75 from 6.12309 meters 18:00:08 | Player "Hilgormir Cervan" hit by Player "Hennie Louw" into Torso with CR-75 from 6.60388 meters 18:00:08 | Player "Hilgormir Cervan" hit by Player "Hennie Louw" into Torso with CR-75 from 7.32455 meters 18:00:21 | Player "Hilgormir Cervan" hit by Player "Adam Cadias" into head with M1A SOCOM from 1.39019 meters The fact is Hennie begun shooting at me without me toggling or doing anything at that moment. Then the rest of you opened fire. As you can see Hennie shot me with a CR-75 which probably was why it sounded like an SMG to you Cadias. The very fact is logs don't like, I didn't shoot or toggle once, as soon as Hennie opened fire I did indeed run behind the tent, saying "hey hey please dont shoot whats going on guys relax" etc. Even when I was still alive and bleeding out unconscious, you could have easily stopped me from dying, tied me up and took my stuff if you wanted to do so. Instead you proceeded to open fire on me, claim that I opened fire first. Besides at a two metre situation I wouldn't miss an enemy, and you assumed I had a ACOG scope toggled, to have an excuse for why my shots missed, when in fact they were never fired in the first place. You having no videos in addition to this is just lying, whilst logs show one thing which was me running away once you initially started shooting, and then murdering me. In addition, once you said "well well, look at that the tent is empty" Hennie begun shooting at me which is why I run, without giving me a chance to explain myself. We're sticking with this. Refusal to RP Fail to RP Firing without engagement
  8. Working for the Chernarus Military, Hilgomir was always a lone wolf, engaging on sniper missions or working separately from his unit. Often he found himself in disagreements with his commanding officer on his execution of these orders; the mantra of the ends justify the means. He had no issues following orders, however, to the extent of none of his fellow soldiers being put into danger, due to his own actions. One time, however, in circumstances that could not be seen to him, his entire unit was wiped out. Him being the lone survivor of the attack during the mission, he managed to survive through the wilderness of Chernarus to arrive in Novigrad, being put off leave for a few weeks. Until requested to be part of the unit escorting some cargo towards the Russian border north of Berezhino. The commanding officer did request for him to, however, if noticing something odd, ensure the cargo would arrive in its destination, no matter the cost. A Lone Wolf. Yet, somehow something went wrong up in Chernarus after being part of the military united assigned to deliver an unexplained package on board the cargo ship, off the coast of Berezhino. A fight broke out between him and the unit which was escorting the cargo, however, the unit acted differently, using their teeth and hands as opposed to their guns. Due to unforeseen circumstances, the ship crashed, most of the unit was killed but the wolf survived. For a few weeks before the zombie infection begun, he found himself in Troitskoe where a minor military segment was working on a new bio-weapon. Something went wrong however, and after an explosion he found himself on the coast of Chernarus. After this situation his focus was on finding other survivors, but coming by mostly bandits he learned to best avoid others, survive in the forests and hunt for whatever he needed, scavenging military bases in hopes of more ammo and supplies to aid him in his mission. Which is to survive and see if he can find an answer to what begun the breakout, and to recover his memories from the previous weeks at Troitskoe

(video/screenshot): N/A Detailed description of the events: Me and a friend I met ended up on the edge of the map, finding this camp. He stuck behind in case anyone came around whilst I ventured to the inside. Finding a tent I decided to empty it so we could take it, seeing as there was nobody around, leaving the items behind. Then a dude came out of nowhere, and another two came by. They responded that they gonna check if anything was missing, hence if it was they'd shoot me straight away. As said nothing was taken, but they claimed it was, and then all three proceeded to open fire on me murdering me.
