Well, recently something happend in regards to my settlement, and I am uncertain if I will be able to finish it. I gave it my last try at attempting to start something good for the Dayzrp community by creating a trading hub for activities other than highway banditeering and the constant clusterfucks of the usual group-related firefights that happen in the uncivilized areas of South Zarigoria. So much for that. I set my goals to aim for the stars but I landed short. Perhaps the project was to large for just two people. Ohwell. Onto other things to try to improve my own roleplay in the very least, instead of the self-less actions I attempted for us all.
Yeah, running a trade hub or a settlement with just 2 people and no backing from one of the major factions on the server will result in you having a bad time. You have to realize that strength is in numbers and you need these numbers to back any serious building or base project.
Ah, I appreciate the input fellas. I agree with the strength in numbers, it's just a pain in the ass to keep an group organized and focus on their goals. I never liked being involved in any group on a official capacity because shit hits the fan so quick. It's very taxing to vetting who you invite into your group as, that one member represents the whole group as a whole. That's why I like the whole "throw everything together and anyone who wants to help joins in" kind of expectation, but I guess it just doesn't work that way.
