Link to report : LINK http://www.dayzrp.com/t-rp2-sexual-rp-rape-and-neglect-of-hostages-outside-of-elektro-09-09-2013-10-00a-m Why the verdict is not fair : I am new to DayZRP and Dayz in general, This was the first time I had ever played Dayz ever in my entire life, I know very little about this game and only knew of the rules I read on your rules page. I was never informed sexual acts were prohibited in the game. As you can see in the video the OP posted. I am in the van, driving, I never once got out of the van, I never once said anything in chat or over voice chat. I was simply there. You ask why I didnt tell them to stop.... I have heard of Rape situations happening in Day Z RP before, however they must have gone unreported, so to my knowledge this was not a prohibited RP. I understand now that this is not the case. Additional statements/comments explaining your PoV (in details) : I was in the van the entire encounter. I never got out, never engaged the OP or his ally during this encounter. Like previously stated I was just "there". I witnessed my squad mates talk to them, one was knocked out with chlorophorum and dragged down the road. The other was told to watch. He was then told to walk to and accompany his friend. After the encounter one of our squad asked if they needed food or water before we let them go. They asked for a blood bag, to which one of us gave to them, however it was the wrong person and there was miscommunication as to who it was that needed it and we couldnt click the guy on the ground because he was glitched anyways. After that we told them to run away from us. One of them did and the glitched player remained on the ground on some of our screens but was up and moving on others. The squad members got into the car and we drove away. What would you like to achieve with this appeal : I would like my ban strikes removed and my 10 Day Ban lifted. Like i said, this was my first ever experience with dayz rp and dayz for that matter. I was oblivious to the fact that what was going on was prohibited. I do understand it was WRONG, I did not however at the time know that it was PROHIBITED. What could you have done better? Common sense does dictate that what happened was wrong. If I were to witness such actions again I would do everything in my power to prevent such actions from taking place. I would like to apologize for what took place and assure that this kind of action will not be condoned by me in the future.
