Having lived his life in a small mountain village, he is no stranger to physical labor. Plowing the fields and foraging were everyday tasks for him during his youth. Planting seeds and growing crops is something he greatly enjoyed as not only was it much easier than the rest of the work, it also earned him a good reputation. With many ingredients at his disposal, he learned how to cook. Because of the circumstances of his village, he had to learn early how to fend for himself and live a life with a small community working together far from the graces of modern civilization. After becoming an adult, a friend introduced him to the local range where he learned how to use multiple old Soviet weapons to defend himself from wild animals, albeit he never actually owned one. His friends told him he has a talent for it, but he never was too interested in guns and only learned how to use and maintain them. One day one of the rare visitors turned crazy and attacked one of the villagers, and his friend had to shoot the person. After experiencing the unusual event he found himself hard to trust strangers but he started to appreciate his friends even more and put a lot of trust in them. He purchased a gun and kept it close to himself from then on. When the world turned the village was run over, he lost most of what he had and fled towards the east where rumors said the situation was much better. At that point, even he was unsure where he might end up the very next day but he still kept going hoping for a better day to find him. While his inherent nature has always been a kind one, life hardened him to the point he might seem to act cold towards the people he doesn’t know of. His aim is to build a new home for his friends and himself and possibly grow it to the point he can be himself again without the fear of death constantly over his head. Although he doesn’t know, he developed a nervous tick of twitching his head towards small noises, but only if it was from his right side.
