Why the verdict is not fair: I feel as if there is 2 possible answers to the specific question that was asked.
Additional statements/comments explaining your point of view:
this is my 3rd time taking the test, the questions that i have gotten wrong my last test and this current are not lore or rules related questions. the question i got wrong was what is the best way to avoid conflicting with the lore...there is no specific answer in the rules or in the lore that state how no to conflict with the lore. however there is an example that is written in the lore before the prelude that states an example of how you can conflict with the lore by making a character in which the time frames are different from when the infection started and where it started.

as a side note to all of this, i still feel this is a questionable question because there is no prime example that states how not to conflict with the lore as oppose to reading the lore and reading about an example of how to conflict with the lore. In general lore faqs it leads me to believe the easiest way to follow the lore would be to create a chernarussian.
What would you like to achieve with this appeal: I would like to see an overturn of my failed test due to this question
What could you have done better?: personally i feel there is nothing more i could have done...in my explanation of my point of view explains why I answered in the manner in which I did. The lore itself never specifically states that creating a Chernarussian conflicts with lore...instead, it implies that creating a Chernarussian would be the most oppropriate character background to not conflict the lore as referenced to the "General Lore FAQ", "How much of this lore would my character know in character"
