I don't know what to say to make you understand, and I don't know if I care enough to try to - but here's what I have to say.
You don't know our group, or the people in it.
You left a half-arsed snarky comment on a recently unarchived group thread with no prior interaction instead of leaving decent, legitimate feedback for the people in it to build off of.
Instead of turning our group's thread into a forum for a regurgitated community discussion topic, why don't you just go ahead and make one of those - see if you can actually make a worthwhile argument that changes the formula of the hundred or so others that have been raised in the past few years. I'm not here trying to shit on you, mind you, i'm just stating the facts as they are laid out.
Stop cluttering up our thread - if you meet us in game, have a legitimate roleplay interaction with us and feel like leaving feedback (positive or negative) is required, please leave it here.
I will re-iterate once more, this is not a forum for you to post your ideas on how the server's group ecosystem is flawed.
For what it's worth, I agree with some of your points on the OOC mentality of a lot of the roleplayers on this server, but this isn't the time nor the place my guy.
Fascinating commentary on the current state of the lore, it's really appreciated by all here at Kameníci. I hope you keep at this righteous crusade, change the system from within type deal, and hope to god you enjoy a level of success greater than the other hundred and fifty people who have tried it before you. Anyway, man - thanks!
Dusan Sousek POV: I just get done wrapping up with a hostage we had taken 10 or so minutes before, letting him go with a few lessons on what god does to people who preach heresies such as Islam. I start jogging over to @pijkaCZ when I spot a conga line of all black wearing men running down the road through a gap in the fence - it's at this point me and @pijkaCZ make our way into the swamps, running east for a while before doubling back and going west. During this time, we hear @groovy pips initiate conversation with the chasing party. "I'm putting my hands up" is soon heard, and as we know we can't fight them in the open due to their superior numbers, we work out their most likely route back north - which we correctly guess to be through Pavlovo and Zelenogorsk.
We reach Pavlovo in the nick of time, setting up both on the road behind the barricades and the tree cover surrounding the road on either side, and, just as the truck crests the hill, I walk out into the middle of the road in the assumption that they had already passed us. I see the truck and hear the music they're playing over VOIP and jump back to my position. Maybe two seconds later, the shots start flying, and I sprint across the road to the opposite treeline where I flank the truck from the left side, firing blindly on the remaining fighter as @groovy clarence hits him from the other side. He's dead soon enough, and I forego getting closer to hold a perimeter around the immobile truck; assuming they'd have reinforcements on the way. Soon enough, one of them logs back in, shoots Ducky, and gets his comrades executed for it. It doesn't take long for us to wrap up after that, making our way off into the trees, waiting our timers and logging out cause it was late.
Dusan Sousek POV: We were running around the area of GM to find people to interrogate about the camp there as we see a fire in angel compound, so we spread out and set up on it to watch it for a while. Eventually, we spot black armbands, who we know to be PAMYATI; our enemy. We give it a little more time and rush out from our positions to the compound, splitting up into 2 groups to cover both sides. Only California's group actually gets shooting, as me and PatZ found no-one. Once it's all clear apart from a few in the barn, I run up and re-initiate, but it wouldn't matter cause Mexi got the last kill there. We run up to the hostages and I once again re-initiate, getting them moving as fast as possible. We get maybe 200m out of the compound when we spot a horde of like 12 people crest the hill coming straight for us. Lo and behold, shots start flying, we start dying. The hostage hits the ground and I blow his brains out after taking shots from rescuers and most of my guys had died, and I start running off to the western treeline for cover. I set up on the hostages assuming they'd head up to talk to them or something, but don't see anything so I get moving. My game crashes as i'm running away and I guess I get killed.
*Dusan grips his radio, holding down the PTT.*
"Ano. I did it. Me and my Kamenici. I gut your filthy ruski dogpigs and throw them in one big hole. It's what they deserve -- all, they deserve. Sleep tight. Slava Chernarus."
*He lets go of the PTT, setting the radio down.*
Dusan Sousek POV: We spot a bunch of guys near Vavilovo while we're dealing with a hostage, and I assume they're Pamyati cause they're the only people we've seen around Vavilovo recently, so we wrap up with the hostage and start moving to intercept them at the train station because we think they'd be heading to Novaya. They don't come through, but we keep eyes on them in the town, and when they start heading up towards Bash, so we ditch the train station and start tracking them through the woods. We get into north west and lose them briefly but someone calls them out at the tents, and we set up around them getting ready to attack. The server crashes, and that plan falls through.
When the server comes back up, we decide on waiting to see if they head for Bash instead, and set up along the road and in the woods surrounding Bash. They get done looting, and start chasing California through the woods after spotting him, so me and PatZ move to cut them off or at least get into positions we could initiate from, but they catch up to California and talk to him for a minute, before moving on. We don't leave it, and track them down the hill to the break in the fence, where I set up as California and PatZ initiate. I misclick and hit Avery by accident, watching him shoot at PatZ after the initiation drops, I shoot him again and he goes down.
After all that, we loot the bodies and head north, where about 20 minutes later Cali and @Finn run to the train station and get jumped by a bunch of what I now know to be saviors, and both die.
This was an accident, and I don't know how to explain it except just saying sorry.
Petr was born in Belozersk, and by the time the civil war had rolled around he was graduating school and enlisting in the elite Chernarussian COBR. When the BPR was formed, he felt pride for his home-town, and while he wasn't necessarily a communist he had roots embedded in it, and found himself defecting to the other side. He fought on the front lines against the CDF for a year before he was offered a new post with the SOBR unit, due to his experience. He ran several operations with the unit, mostly defusing nationalist terrorist attacks and running counter-intelligence.

I think at this point it's logical to think they'd stop sending blueberries into no mans land with huge targets on their backs. I think you should go more plainclothes until you're actually in a position where you can survive, personally.
Good to see lore factions come back though so good luck.
