Haha … well I always feel ...well.. embarrassed to go to a gym. But I really wanna go swimming like I said.. on regular basis. People are very judgemental especially when you're overweight. So I just wait till the operation wounds are better and then I will give it a try.
Swimming is a great full body workout that burns alot of calories but doesnt feel like you are actually working out that hard. This summer was so damn warm that I spent a majority of my holiday at the beach swimming almost every day atleast once. That plus all the other sports and activities I did during the summer helped me gain back alot of the muscle mass I lost and lose the kilos I gained after not actively working out pretty much at all for a year after finishing my active service.
