Link to the source of punishment:
There is no link available, but I got the following message on http://www.dayzrp.com/whitelist, which must be a new rule:
Why the verdict is not fair:
This is unfair, because I was already whitelisted, when this rule wasn't even there yet. I did not even get a message, where it was stated that and why I got unwhitelisted. Yes, I failed the whitelisting process several times, before I passed it. Nevertheless I did pass it, got whitelisted and now the whitelisting got revoked, because of this new rule?! So I really can't agree with your decision here. Is it fair to unwhitelist someone, who did pass the process, because of a new rule? I don't think so.
Additional statements / comments explaining your point of view:
There is nothing else to add here.
What would you like to achieve with your appeal:
Obviously I would like to get rewhitelisted.
What could have done better?
I furthermore would like you guys to think about this new rule: Not every person is the same. Not every person learns the same way and can handle tests as good as the others. Believe me, I know what I'm talking about here I just really hate tests in any form and have difficulties with it, even though I'm not stupid. That means that some people need more time and attempts to pass tests than the others. Remember: This is just a hobby and not an application for an important job. I see why whitelisting is necessary and do find your whitelisting process fair, but a limit to 5 attempts is getting ridiculous and has nothing to do with the quality of your members. Even a player who failed the test many times, can still be a good roleplayer and decent member of the community. And of course a player who passed the test on the first try can still be an asshole and/or a bad RPer.
