"Hold me up, hold me down. Numb me high, twist my frown upside down. Clutch my heart, watch me go. You look sad….Here, clear your head take some Red." ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- “Comfort” was a drug seen first in Novigrad a few months after the outbreak. It began at first as a small time drug for people who could not afford the stronger drugs seen on the streets at the time (such as heroin, crack or cocaine). As the drug trade began to weaken in Novigrad, people started investing into alternatives and comfort became one of the strongest used drugs by people in these areas. The exact origin of the drug in itself is unknown to most, however during its time there have been many forms and variants of the drug in itself. Others known as Red Mist, Bliss, Empty. However the more common and popular term and strain of the drug will always be known as “Comfort”. The drug in itself became a staple in the end of the underground movements in Novigrad, where the people that controlled the trade, basically controlled the districts. Gangs such as the “The Runners”, “Empty Heads” “Toy Troopers” and the “Peppermint Chaps” however after the fall of the military curfew the drug control fell mainly in District 7 under the control of “The Runners” and Bodgans men. The drug in itself is a very strong antidepressant, the drug after being consumed leaves the user with an extremely strong sense of emotional voidness, what they tend to call “Feeling nothing”. Users are more relaxed, less troubled but at the same time, they have little to no emotional response or ability until the high weakens. Once the drug begins to weaken, the user enters a “Comfort down” where the emotions start to pile in leaving the user emotionally crippled. This down could be extreme joy, happyness, hornyness, anger, fear or even sadness. The duration of the down depends on the user of the drug, some people have shorter downs than others but the elderly and young tend to suffer longer effects of the comfort down. The drug in itself in its most common for is seen as a small red pill, the size of an average thumbnail with small little white dots around the coating of the pill. The drug in itself is mainly seen to be taken via pill format however it can be snorted if grounded up and it is also commonly injected with other drugs (mainly heroine) to see a stronger high for the users. A picture of an early example of Comfort (In red) and its failed copy attempt (White). ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- While under the effects of "Comfort" the drug in itself provides little to no psychical effects seen on the users. However once they reach the high, there is a dilution of the eyes along with slower thought process time but with quicker natural reflexes. Users are hard to pick out in crowds as they seem just to be "mellow" until the "Comfort Down" comes in. This is when the user is at their most dangerous as users start to feel all of a sudden the sudden rush of hormones and emotions that have been suppressed for the last couple of hours (An actual comfort trip's length is dependent on many factors however the longest a trip would last in total would be 7 hours). Users tend to act irrational, conflicting and dangerous until the trip finally mellows out, as they finally come back to reality. As the drug is extremely addictive (on an emotionally level for weak minded individuals), it is said that it takes only a couple to start bringing a dependency onto the drug, a dependency to feel that joyful state of bliss, a feeling of nothingness. With this, comes heavy side-effects such as they tend to have flashbacks or visual and auditory hallucinations (Of negative experiences of emotions) or/and extreme mood swings. When this drug is taken on long periods, especially if mixed with heroine, it produces a side effect known as "Red Veins". Like Junkie veins produced by Heroine, Comfort due to its colouring inside the drug, produces bright red vain marks around areas of injection. This is only produced when injecting the drug and is the only "known" physical side effect seen on a user These Comfort trips become more and more dangerous to the user for longer periods of use of comfort. There are cases known in which comfort caused mental breakdowns behaviour , comparable to Bipolar disorder or Schizophrenia. The users tend to suffer extreme flashbacks to trauma or important factors of their life that shaped them. The users find it harder and harder to focus on daily tasks to the point they might have trouble identifying reality from a “Comfort trip”. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The exact ingredients of the drug in itself is unknown to a lot of the survivors of South Zagoria as only recently has the drug been showing itself in these lands. With few actual people able to recreate the drug in itself. The process and the method behind the drug is in its current state unknown to most of the public, however those that have gathered information on it, with its content have discovered these following ingredients: High levels of Prozac and Lexapro are found in the content of the drug. Depending on its level of purity the drug can also be seen mixed with other day to day items to attempt to “strengthen” the high. Some traces of petrol, washing powder however after attempts in recreating the drug, they can never fully pull off the classic shiny red with white dots look that "Comfort" is known for. These experiments of the drug are failed versions of "Comfort" and are far less potent to actual comfort, seen mainly as a failed attempts to recreate actual Comfort. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Current distributors are within the "Dead Batteries in itself" however this shall expand in the future as this drug is just starting to show itself on the server.

Loot economy is the scapegoat of the month eh, although it hasn't been nerfed in any way since past months, infact more weapons have been added making them even more available than before. As someone said in the other thread about high tier weapons, even if we spawn in more of them, they will be stashed or robbed for nonetheless, groups don't want you to have it and so they will take it from you even if they are already full geared. There's absolutely no reason to increase the spawn of weapons at this time, the stash issue is a community problem that you all have to think about yourselves how to deal with. Or everyone needs to agree that we are to remove every single storage unit in the game making it impossible to stash. This is seriously getting out of hand, it's as if your whole RP experience depends on you having a high tier gun in your hand. If you're only here to find that sweet high tier gun and PvP all day long then this is really not the server for you. Next step is allowing everyone to spawn their favorite gun so they can "RP" properly?

The problem isn't hostile groups the problem is there's friends that take ooc stuff iccly. Most of the hostile groups are friends oocly with the other hostile groups. Regardless if it makes sense they team up with each other to "pub stomp" other groups. Thats where the issue lies. It's becoming less about RP and more about who gets the most kills. Granted I understand their side, why play pubs when kills mean nothing, here if you win a firefight there's some value to it. But when all you do is firefight it kinda takes away that value side of things imo. If you want things to improve, I suggest making a thread on removing execution rights. Because most groups just go with executions even if the person isn't pking which voids any rp for that person if they are executed due to NLR. It should only be allowed if you get ooc perms. I'd like to be able to remember a hostage experience once iccly. And stop trying to use realism as a counter point to keeping executions. We aren't here to get the most kills and executions. We are here to create a story for each other to enjoy.

I’ve managed to avoid any hostilities for quite a while by hiding in the shadows and staying away from populated areas. But, that’s boring and quite honestly no fun at all. Now that I’ve come out of hiding and joined a group, I’ve encountered hostilities on a daily basis. Not directed at me, to be fair, but directed at others around me. I’ve met people that are robbed of their equipment on a daily basis. That can’t be fun for them. And it seems every nice base or compound I come across is soon attacked and destroyed. That can’t be fun for the camp owners either. I wish the bandit groups would mix it up a bit and prey on each other. But, that only leads to non stop PVP and death for them. I bet that soon gets old. And let’s face it, how many bandits are going to let themselves be taken hostage? (Die, die, don’t comply.) Not many I suspect, so, there goes the hostage RP. Can’t torture and humiliate a dead man, can you? Bandit groups need play toys and that’s pretty much what campfire RPers are to them . . . the entertainment. So, what to do? Nothing much, balance is usually restored until it’s not again. Or perhaps we can try to work something out in game that allows at least one camp to exist unscathed? That’s not too much to ask, is it? It’s been done before, maybe we can do it again?

A balance of groups would be nice but it's difficult to enforce it. Hero type group tend to give up due to it being very difficult to try to be lawful in a unlawful environment. This isn't something new though, bandit groups are needed to add that bit of danger but when there aren't groups trying to push back it can get a bit tedious for the neutral/peaceful groups as those bandit groups then focus on them. I think the big issue is when bandit groups become too friendly with each other which feels like that's all is on the server so the smaller peaceful groups turn into an easy meal. In theory this should motivate those groups to try to push back however that's easier said than done. Predictability isn't fun either if a group just robs, robs and robs. It shouldn't be a simple as "we're a bandit group so we do bandity things". I like bandit groups that are unpredictable, and they keep you guessing. On the reverse those peaceful groups or individuals shouldnt be predictable either, if you expect to get the same old 'take your stuff RP' your RP in turn will be the same. Your almost tempting fate. Back in the mod SDS were one of the most infamous PvP groups (by reputation) due to their amazing fight win record, however if you went with their initiation their RP was fantastic, some of which I experienced several times myself but no one ever seems to mention that (their RP). There are some great bandit groups right now and if you let them will show the great RP that they can give you. However if you push back and don't comply then there is only one outcome. Remember everyone involved in the interaction can push the RP (or PvP) in a particular direction. It's fine to push back against these naughty bandit groups but there is a time and a place. I love to see some more hero groups pop up though, I was considering rebooting The Gray Fangs but that is still under debate (with myself). Not sure what the interest would be. How much I would like to see The Trinity of Heroes return (Cerberus, Task Force Whiskey and The Gray Fangs) we certainly pushed back, didn't always win but we stood up for the small guy. Anyway, I've talked enough for one post.

We pked 13 (14 if you include mine) characters when we were saviors. I didn't see a single well known character from the other side do it. Also no matter how many ppl pk'd, it never changed the rp really. The only rp it changed was ours internally. So what is your point here? Forcing pk's? Won't solve anything

We've been over this, the loot issue ISN'T going to be fixed unless Roland decides to wipe all stashes and inventories or adjust the spawn rates. And so far he's made no indication he is going to do this. People don't need a fancy automatic weapon to RP with, legit. I s2g the gear googles people have are insane. I could get it if it was like clothing items like a jacket or shirt that makes the look of a character but just because specific automatic guns are in the hands(or stashes) of someone who is not yourself doesn't mean they suddenly need to increase the loot tables so they spawn more. The only time a automatic gun is outright useful is in a fire fight with other players and I'm sorry but if your focus is fire fights with other players you're on the wrong server. You don't need a automatic gun to kill infected and if you do, you're not valuing your characters life, don't go running into a town firing a unsuppressed weapon and getting swarmed actually treat the infected like they're dangerous and not just "annoying" and you can pick them off with a knife, pistol, hell as @Elmo once told me even a can of beans does the trick.

LORE Prison Council is a group that wishes to bring peace and prosperity to a land with neither any more. Willing to give it all to create this community and to be able to let all come together where everyone can once again smile. To once again be able to live a normal life and find the heaven within this hell. --------------------------------------------- It all started as a simple hope, a dream of a delusional man who hoped to bring back order to a world that is now filled with chaos. To be a shining light within the darkness that only seems to cast down it’s ever corrupting shadow over all whoever dares to get too close. He walked through the broken ruins, felt the breath of death too many times to count, and along the way, discovered some who he began to befriend. Those who shared the same beliefs as him as they walked through the lands of hell. Pressing against the continuous hordes as they looked to find a home, looking to begin their settlement. --------------------------------------------- Once heroic in stature and willing to help any along their way, they pride themselves within the good deeds they committed. Smiling while hungry if it meant they were able to feed a mouth for the day.Though as they pushed against the evil of the world, their senses of justice, morality, and judgement began twisting. Broken described each of them as they faced opposition after opposition. Shedding tears and blood as they found themselves becoming the very things they swore against. Killers, thugs, a bandit who still holds a false belief of hope that once they gain their feet and push their strength against all who oppose them. Maybe then they would ever find the peace they sought after for so long. STORY Their community and dream of the old world, willing to give it all up to ever see these two things come into fruition. Willing to commit the greatest of sins, to find heaven within the wasteland. These are the people the Prison Council have become, willing to lend a hand, but just as quickly cut it off if it proves to either benefit or sustain their dreams. “C’mon you are already passing out on me! Geez, here I thought we had a strong one here. Fighting back is against the rules don’t you know? Thought you could just simply do as you wish….TO DESTROY MY DREAMS!! No worries, we got something for that….Alright boys! String em up! Show em what happens when you mess with us!” The Governor would simply stand and walk back towards his group. Sitting back as his men walked towards the man and slammed him to the ground. Taking a knife as they began to carve him up and skin him alive. His screams filling the walls of the home they were in while the other survivors watched in fear. A young lady and another young man who simply held each other as they watched. “Don’t be scared! This only happens to those who wish to destroy our chance of having a normal life again...you wouldn’t do that would you?” The Governor asked while crouching down to the two. Both shook their heads frantically as the woman began to cry now. The Governor standing up while giving a nod, smiling a bit as he looked over at the man who was barely alive. His men waiting for the next order. “THEN STOP CRYING” The Governor shot his gaze to the woman who quickly silenced as he held a face of rage. Though as quickly as it came, it soon dissipated into happiness. “Take him outside and tie him to a pole, make sure these two get some food and some rest.” The Governor added on with a smile on his face as he simply walked out onto the porch and took in a breath of fresh air. “Damn it’s good to be in charge.” GOALS IC Our first goal is push towards the prison island and secure it for ourselves. Making it safe and hospital for proper living environment. Survival is key during the swim over and without proper equipment, we will surely freeze to death before we even make it. Day 650 Creating a Settlement within the islands and putting up structures to block off any entrances except for the main gate. Created a self sustaining farm, as well as having storage for equipment. Day 750 Establishing comms and radio channel for the settlement as well as mass recruitment. The voice of hope is one that brings all together. To sway one’s thoughts with words as well as instil hope with music and news. Day 800 Creating militia to defend the settlement as well as engage in warfare if need be. No animal survives without it’s claws and teeth, neither does a settlement without anyone to defend it. Day 850 Specialized militia into branching military. Militias are a good start, but a proper military to keep us safe will provide a strong foundation for many to not only feel but be secure within their homes. Day 950 OOC Provide a set standard for all to follow when it comes to interaction and rping. Pressing for engaging moments for all to remember and bring a philosophical thought of, how far is too far for the sake of bringing peace. Heya, you don´t know me but I wanted to make myself known with a statement/question( Whoah, dude... That´s risky. Yeah, I know) so here we go.. How about we make rule or something about groups so that there can´t be too many bandit group, not too many friendly groups etc. Because right now the bandit groups are soooo many and many of them are ganging up on the smaller friendly communities and I mean how much fun can it be always destroying these smaller factions/groups? I mean in the end you do not have anyone to face off against. I do not want to limit anyones roleplay but this is ridiculous, I usually get robbed on an average 2 times a day. That might not be that much.. But it should be. Most times hostile/robbery rp isn´t enjoyable for anyone but the bandits. You get shot over talking back and stuff and you might say "That is just realism hurr durr.." Well how realistic is it that all these bandit groups cooperate with each other if one looks at the lore? Not very, so could we please chill on the "Get ur fucking hands in air or we shoot ur head off." You already have all the weapons on the map, just take one day and chill so we other people can have enjoyable roleplay. (I know some hostile/robbery rp is enjoyable but as I said most times it isn´t.) Thanks for reading and hearing this idiot out. Have a good night/day Please respond if you feel I am either a retard or the smartest man you´ve met:) I want your opinions. Hey maybe you can change my mind Your bestest pal, Hanro

Right around the corner, creepin'. On a more serious note, I wish I had the time and drive to reboot Cerberus but I don't see it happening. Cerberus lore was tied very closely to the formation of the Trade Post so a complete re-write would have to be done. I also don't see myself opposing a mostly hostile server, getting shoved into a map corner only to dissipate into nothingness under a few weeks because we can't have nice things. Not worth the trouble. I for myself have never been really fond goodie-two-shoes characters and prefer to surf the grey line. I think it brings more depth, realism and unpredictability. I don't feel like being boxed into the "good guy" archetype. Everyone's should have something that will make them snap and break, go overboard or act impulsively. Being predictable is boring which is why the current hostile roleplay is stale. Within a few seconds of meeting, you can tell where they're steering the situation and it's easy to call it, no surprise.

It's been the same all throughout DayZRP's lifespan. There's always been more bandits than heroes, it's been like that since the mod days (though there has been a point to near equality. I remember at some point in the mod the largest hero groups bundled forces and actually managed to hold out against the bandits for a while. And the Northern Alliance in Standalone, if I recall correctly) it'll continue like that until the game/community fizzles out in the future. The difference currently is that there's zero drive to make any hero groups due to repeating cycle that's been more prevalent in Standalone than the Mod. Some hero group pops up, they build up a bit of strength, settle somewhere and proceed to get absolutely destroyed once the bigger powerhouses get wind of them. I don't blame people for not even bothering to start up something new if all that's going to happen is maybe a good few weeks of initial RP followed by constant IC (Solely in character, remember, this is just a game) harassment and attacks until members quit and the group goes inactive/archives. One example from the earlier Standalone would be the NFC. We attempted to hold a town for a while and it went pretty well. However, at some point the IC strongarming and attacks became too much to reasonably enjoy the RP that came with it. That's not to say it's impossible. But in the end, people play this to get away from reality. And if you escape from reality only to have to face constant hostility I can imagine that wears out real fast and you either stop playing or become a bandit yourself. It's a bit of a cheesy quote, but "You either die a hero or live long enough to see yourself become the villain" really applies to most of the DayZRP playerbase. Do you take in three-headed strays?

As me and my mother always say, "Too many chiefs, not enough Indians." I tell my group to not put anything valuable in the tents of the camp we DID stay at since we have had 3 break ins, one of them someone tried griefing and another us all being offline whilst being raided by a very large group for one to log on and be strong armed. I was asleep when all of this happened. This is what drives people to hide on the edges of maps or leave the server for weeks/months/forever. Then (as it happened many of times as a community discussion once before) threads are made complaining why people are hiding and how said person can't find roleplay or reports are tossed here there and everywhere for it. It is unfortunate. Normally there is a balance between hostile groups and roleplaying/campfire groups. But this doesn't seem to be the case currently. I've seen bandit groups and campfire groups, the attitudes both sides persue - everything. I have been apart of a hostile group (non-official) but stuck around them to see how it can be perceived and done (as my child character). And I have been apart of campfire roleplaying many of times (as we all probably know). I've had many people start to state that this is becoming DayZPvP with a bit of talking and this isn't really an impression we want to give to new comers. And then what happens? Not only the hostile groups shoot back but the non-hostile groups. Why? Because OOCly there drive of being pushed about/strong armed/ have tiny excuses to get them harassed starts to get to them. Then no roleplay involvement happens because everyone is shooting at each other. Which is basically the butterfly effect: In chaos theory, the butterfly effect is the sensitive dependence on initial conditions in which a small change in one state of a deterministic nonlinear system can result in large differences in a later state. There is nothing we can really do unless the big boss steps in or some of the hostile groups archive and join other hostile groups to condense the differences. But the hostile groups will have the same characters or goals. It's unfortunate but again: Too many chiefs, not enough Indians.

Rough Translation - Nomads of the Forest The story of Reika Skògur starts with a lone nomad by the name of Aiden Walsh. Aiden was always the quiet solitary type, he generally kept to himself. Once the infection stuck and Aiden found himself trapped in the South Zagoria region, Aiden was quick to adopt a life in the forests and mountains. Avoiding town and cities and only venturing away from his camp to hunt animals for food and to gather water. One day after months alone in the wilderness, Aidens camp was discovered by a group of locals who weren't interested in being friends. Aiden had heard them coming from a distance and took off running through the trees. Unfortunately for Aiden, the bandits had already spotted him and began chasing him. After about a hundred meters of running one of the bandits fired a shot from his rifle which hit Aiden in the leg. Tumbling to a halt Aiden clutched the bleeding wound and slid into a burrow formed by a fallen tree. Hiding and trying to be a quiet as he could Aiden ripped the sleeve off his shirt and tried to dress his wound. By a sheer stroke of luck, the bandits would end up running right past Aiden’s hiding spot and begin searching the nearby woods. Eventually, the group decided they weren’t going to find Aiden and left the area. Crawling out of the burrow and unable to hold weight on his left leg. Aiden used his knife to cut down a nearby sapling to fashion a makeshift crutch. Stumbling back to his camp to find it completely looted and razed. Wounded, defeated and hopeless Aiden sat in the dirt of his destroyed camp not knowing what to do. Eventually, Aiden was getting delirious from blood loss and he accepted his death. Aiden wrote a short message on some scrap paper in his native language (Icelandic) it read “Frá náttúrunni, í náttúrunni kemur ég aftur.” As Aiden signed the note he fell unconscious. “Hey brother, hey we gotta move” Aiden was awoken by the voice of a man wearing U.S Military fatigues. “They’re coming back, I think they saw me coming up here”. Still dazed and shaky, Aiden mumbled incoherently and tried to stand but fell over from the pain. “Alright, buddy I guess we’re holding here then” the man pulled his sidearm from its holster and handed it to Aiden. “I’m going to go keep them busy. Don’t shoot me, I just saved your life”. Aiden nodded and stared at the pistol as the man picked up his rifle and disappeared into the woods. Aiden sat in silence for a moment before automatic gunfire broke out in the woods nearby. The chaos snapped Aiden back into reality and he cocked the pistol and began scanning the nearby forest. After a few minutes of gunfire, the wilderness settled in silence once again. Aiden through his cloudy vision saw a man climbing up the nearby bank and aimed the pistol. Shaking and terrified Aiden fired a shot at the figure, which hit the tree beside. “Woah Jesus fuck buddy, I said don’t shoot me”. Aiden let out a long sigh of relief as the voice was the same one that he awoke to. “I'm Sean by the way” Sean says as he sits down beside Aiden. “Aiden” Aiden mumbles in a raspy dry voice. “Well, Aiden, you sound like shit. Here have some water” Sean reaches into his rucksack and slides out a canteen, unscrews the lid and hands it to Aiden. Aiden grabs the canteen and starts chugging down the water. “Easy there buddy, you were basically dead just a few minutes ago” Sean explained. Aiden choked down one more mouthful and handed the canteen back to Sean. “Wait a second did you?… I mean back there” Aiden shakily asked. “Of course they shot you and would have shot me, but they’re God's problem now” Sean answered and continued “We gotta move though, there are bound to be more on the way. How’s the leg?”. Aiden was quiet for a moment then replied “I- Uh, yea just need a crutch I can move” The two then packed up what they could, took the rifles off the dead bandits and headed North. Along the way, while passing through a town Aiden and Sean heard yelling and gunfire coming from the other side of the town. Moving closer to investigate, taking a position in a 2 story building they could see 2 men trapped in a shop down the street fighting off infected. “We gotta help them” whispered Aiden. “Yeah, well there’s a lot of freaks out there” replied Sean. “I’ll cover from this window, and you watch the door downstairs” he continued. Aiden nodded and limped to a position by the front door. Upstairs Sean began opening fire on the infected down the road. Aiden shattered the window on the main floor with his pistol and began firing as well. After all the infected were dead the town sat in silence for about an hour. Finally, the two that were trapped originally came out of the shop and were yelling “Hello!?” “Anyone out here, thanks for the help!”. Sean replied from the second-floor window “Yea who are you two!?, get in here!” The two outside came running over to the house and introduced themselves. “I’m Eddie” said the first. “Slavoj, uuuh thanks again” continued the other. The four eventually made it to the hills and dense forests of the North along with some scavengers they picked up along the way. The group decided to set up camp near a small settlement they discovered. One night around the campfire Aiden decided the group needed a name and he decided to go with Reika Skògur which means Nomads of the Forest in Icelandic. The group started a healthy farm of vegetables and spices and began trading with the nearby settlement. Keeping to themselves, Rekia Skògur strongly defends their territory, trades their food stock for what they need and is always looking for more survivors needing sanctuary and purpose. 1. Set up a strong and hidden base in the woodland of the North (Day 680) 2. Set up a publicly known trade hub in the North (Day 725) 3. Set up stashes around the general area of our base in case of raids (Day 725) 4. Establish a foothold in the North through presence and group ally attempts (0/5 Day 725) 5. Bump to the thread. Loot economy is still broken. Are there not that many guns that spawn? Doubtful. Stashes are still an issue. A 48 timer is pointless as they can’t just hop in game every other day and re bury the stash. I know because that’s what I did (I got bored of re burying as I really don’t care about loot). We had three dry bags full of high tier guns. That’s two guns per bag for a total of six. That’s not including tent and barrels. We had five barrels, two tents. Now imagine every other person on the server doing this.

Correct me if I'm wrong but isnt the only really "new" thing besides the night lighting a scope on the shotgun? Everything else is just reintroduced old stuff o.O

B-b-but Misho! I need my SVD, MP5, and 5.56 to RP effectively! I can't play my character unless I have it! My grandfather gave me that SVD! Misho PLS. /s Sarcasm aside, I'm with Misho on this. If the Dev straight up tells you nothing has changed in terms of loot and in fact MORE guns have been added I'm starting to think maybe perhaps possibly it's not a loot issue at this point ... If we remove underground stashes you will hear a hoot and hollering from people who have them when they suddenly lose them. @Misho can the ability to remove Loot Stashes even be accomplished in the game from a Mod standpoint? I'm unsure how that works and if it mucks with the core functionality of the game, such as the animation stagger and collision weapon stances.

What did i just read Sorry but what then you have no clue whats going on ingame and what current bandits do. If people got all the gear they got they are not going to robb random people without history but rather do rp stuff make deals and so on. This just shows that you got no clue of whats going on ingame or what the bandits do You are so baised against hostileRP you gotta listen to both sides before jumping in and attacking

I suspect it to be the loot, seeing as you can't find any high tier anymore which causes the influx of more bandit groups and highway robberies. (I believe it is gear that makes people not wanting to comply and initiate to take said gear) Even so called "whitenames" have begun robbing people on a higher scale, I've had a full green ghillie for a while now and almost all the "whitenames" or non-groups I ran into contemplated robbing me until they saw 15 dudes appear from the woods. The way I see it, most settlements stack up on loot which looks very snacky to a low tier bandit group. The best bet we could do as a server is to stop hoarding loot, make it easier to find the cosmetic items and weapons you need. If most people have the gear they want/need a door for better roleplay might open up, So the next time your neighborhood bandit group comes knocking on your gates it might be more roleplay than just taking what you have because we need it to survive.

@Lyca Well we met again. Was great catching up with ya and having an RP, was certainly fun. And @GreenySmiley I just met you, but I loved your character and your RP.

That's a seriously glowing review! Thank you so much! You were pretty damn good yourself. The fact that you go so into character that you were actively pacing around IRL while you were panicking and you almost broke down seriously hit home. It's people like you who make waiting alone by a fire for an hour until people show up worthwhile! Come back anytime!

No need for the clarification @BreadERP, it is what we do my friend. Alpha Company still holds to the word I gave you, as well as the good Doctor.

Kind of for the record here, we never actually got around to helping you out. Stupid as it sounds, every time we wanted to, we got shot down. I think it was Alpha Company under the lead of @J1988Dizzle that actually met with you, but I did provide them with the info that they needed to get into contact with you.

God damnit. Can you people not solve problems nicely, instead of creating drama and bad rep for this community? BOTH OF YOU! @Sapperton if you have a problem with your friends ban then you ask your friend what happened. To us you are a random bystander asking about someone elses ban and we don't usually disclose ban reasonings or even proof to random people in the community, especially in a case like this where the evidence contains someone elses personal information. Also you don't create arrogant and dramatic posts about an admin being corrupt based on pure speculation and what "you've heard" with absolutely no proof whatsoever. Jim already told you, the entire admin team saw the evidence of doxxing and voted yes for permanent ban, as is the standard procedure for that type of harassment. You don't agree with it, that's fine, but leave that for your friend to solve and to not get mixed up with things that do not involve you. @JimRP you need to start solving problems like these diplomatically and not through your admin powers. Bans like these is exactly what gives bad rep to this community, and the reason why we see threads in other forums or communities about staff here being corrupt and members getting banned for voicing their opinions, when in fact there's no corruption involved and the ban could be avoided by explaining the situation calmly and to the point. There's no reason to ban someone every time just because they disagree with you or even show you attitude.
