"There has to be something after." A lot of the original ones of us have known each other since the beginning of this “apocalypse” or whatever you’d like to call it. We’ve been through a lot really, fought the dead, the living… Anyone or anything that tried to keep us from surviving. Since then, we’ve all split off to different groups, met new faces, made new allies, went after old enemies... Always tuned into our old frequency, just in case one of us needed help. However, times are starting to change. The people we can trust diminish every day, we can’t risk being split off anymore. Time has come where we must survive and fight together again. However, our experiences have changed us and we had to adapt… Some would call it fate the meeting of Brandon Terrano, Jordan Rainey, Vincent Braddock and Daniel Barnett. All of them had their past, their history, each of them different than the others. However, all of them quickly got along from the start, always being there to help the other out. From that fateful day when they were betrayed by the Chedaki, to the Jihadist incursion from Takistan, to now. After the fall of Mars Corps they all stayed split off when it came to groups. Daniel went after the Chedaki up North for a time, Jordan fled into the arms of NATO, Brandon went to the Viridian until he was removed for his, “violent tendencies”, however always remaining in contact with the family he made there. Few months after his removal, and an eventual second fall of Mars Corp after he revived it with the likes of Peter Matthews and Xavier Pak, he got into contact with Vincent's brother, Jack, who had been going around the country looking for his Vincent, who was off somewhere in the woods he believed. The two of them eventually came across a Tony Moretti and his “Famiglia” and they remained there for awhile, even fleeing with them up to Russia for a time because of the constant harassment from two local groups. They would remain in Russia for awhile, until they eventually felt it was time to return. Eventually, the Famiglia returned. It was a few months after Brandon did himself. It was at the tail end of a long, bloody war. Brandon stayed with them for a bit, but eventually made the decision when the Famiglia succumb to an untimely demise, to with whoever was left of Mars Corp, and his family in Viridian, to create their own group, to which they would go about their own business, go against their own enemies, and shape the world in the way they wish to see it. We are those who have broken and been rebuilt, those who have fallen so far yet but rose back up. We are some of the few who want to see a better world, want to see something after all of this. There will be, there has to be something after. If not, then what is the point of even trying to survive, trying to rebuild? We may not be the ones to bring this something. But we will try our hardest to speed up the process. -Find a place to call home. [Day 355] -Build a healthy relationship with other groups in the region. [Day 370] -Discover like-minded individuals who are trying to rebuild something close to society, then assist them in the reformation. [Day 380] -Restore power to the settlements of South Zagoria. [Day 400] -Teach people to survive and face their adversaries bravely. [Ongoing.] -Hold onto our humanity and dignity and help others hold onto theirs. [Ongoing.] -Find those who hurt the innocent people of South Zagoria and make them pay for their crimes. [Ongoing.] -Continue the legacies of our fallen brothers and sisters. [Ongoing.] -Provide a fun and unique RP experience, really try to be individualized to most other groups ways of RPing. -Attempt to depict the warrior-like era of Mandalorians from Star Wars, with a few aspects from the civilized era. -No OOC salt. PM me if you experience any from our members. And if you can prove it, I’ll kick their ass out real quick. Brandon Terrano [@Gallo] Daniel Barnett [@SmashingMedal] Jordan Rainey [@Rainey] Peter Matthews [@Agent Banks] Jack & Vincent Braddock [@Dubstep212] Richard Black [@Jono the giant] *Thank you @Username for the graphics *

This is the law of the pack: As old and true as the sky; And the Wolf that shall keep it may prosper, but the Wolf that `shall break it must die... For the strength of the Pack is the Wolf, and the strength of the Wolf is the Pack… It all started one storming night in Bruce Fletcher’s head, these people he was with were good people, but not his kind. Hell it was the only thing he could do, so fuck it. A couple months of fighting, months of just shit thrown in Bruce’s face, his fuse was dying out. After he left his people, he met a man named Bobby Kalo, and his mercenaries. As dumb as it seemed, he joined and was what they called A Black Rose. Again, the same shit happened, months and months of fighting Anarchy and whoever pissed them off, it wasn’t the thing for Bruce, or as everyone called him, WereWolf. Werewolf fought for the Roses, but it wasn’t for him, None of this fucking shit was, it was a time for a change. "The moon always guides, Just open your eyes and follow." Bruce knew it was him before anyone else, but he wasn’t gonna do it alone. He wasn’t Bruce anymore, he was Werewolf who needed his pack, the people he trusted with his life, the people he knew that would outlast everyone. The people at the end of the day was his family, and nobody else’s. Werewolf was successful, he did find the ones he wanted to call his pack, and they showed much promise. They never left each other’s back, they never went alone, the pack never strayed away. Werewolf had his family, he had his pack. It was time to live, it was time for the pack to thrive. Werewolf was ready, his pack was ready, but the time was not ready, they must tiptoe into this world, as every day is a new world in this hellhole. Every pack needs food, and they were running low, so they took the risk, meeting old and new friends in the same broken world. Werewolf picked up another Kalo, Roy, who seemed to be the smarter of the two, Werewolf took Roy with him, thinking he would be a good addition to his pack. Werewolf, and his pack took shelter in a house one stormy night to make a fire and cook some food. Sitting and eating with his family, he knew this was meant to be, the family he had. Werewolf begin to look for lost wolves who needed a pack, and he found one. A man named Alan ford, a man who lost everything his life lead to be, Werewolf gave him a new beginning, he gave Alan a new life. Werewolf knew this is what the pack was, and was only going to grow. He knew everything happened in the past happened for a reason, and this new Hell on Earth, was the Wolves Den. "I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end. I will give unto him that is athirst of the fountain of the water of life, freely." Revelations 21:6 IC Goals Goal One: Uphold a sense of justice upon our own beliefs. Flea was right 100%. Here's the thing. Majority voted IN FAVOR of the new changes. So that "myth" can be canned right now. Do I agree with them? That's my own concern. Until I SEE it effect RP, I won't voice an opinion. These two statements taken from his post accurate as hell. I have the knowledge even backing this. There are 100% certain people forcing RP onto others thinking it's some sort of solution, because the RP isn't being brought to them. And majority of original ideas have been destroyed lately. Both on an OOC and IC level. The thing that you miss with your view is that it's not a matter of lack of hostile RP, because I have no idea why certain people think it's lacking lmfao I literally spent the last couple weeks with nothing but hostile action. I don't mean to beat a dead horse with this thread, and I love hostile RP. But honestly, let's stop pointing fingers and start realizing it's not just a "You" problem that some people have.

A few things that I want to say is first, your main story for the group should have some more to it, it feels very, very short. You have the individual stories which is a plus, but I doubt seeing the group getting approved if you do not expand the story of the group. Also, the red text feels very weird to look at, I would recommend making a bit darker to work well with the theme that you seem to be trying to approach, this can be easily done by clicking on "More colours" on the text colour box. The text for the goals could be a bit smaller of more organized, it hurts a bit to read it. Also, when I look at the goals, I am curious to understand fully, what is the main purpose of the group? Why is it called the "Red Wolf Company" if it doesn't seem to have anything in relation to military or business. The only thing I can really understand is you guys are trying to be a hostile bandit group, but what are you guys trying to do in the end. What is the end goal of the group, what makes you different from other bandits? That's just my two cents. Besides that, what you do have is very nice and all I could say is just expand it a bit and try to go into more detail and explain more of who this group actually is and especially look at the main story a small bit. EDIT: Like what @Para said, there doesn't seem too much to it. It feels almost a bit like The Killers vibe with just a torture, propagate and intimidate, just trying to make things hard. You guys really just need to expand what makes you a different group.

Your optimism is refreshing, however when people "try something new" they seem to think the solution is more hostile groups going around forcing role-play out of people. That's not to say having hostile groups around is a bad thing, but I just feel like people need to actually try something NEW. I've been around a while and I've seen some pretty unique ideas ranging from groups role playing as a courier and mail service to even groups that dedicate themselves to being bus drivers and transport people across the map. Unfortunately, these ideas eventually fell through because hostile groups find it fun to tear them apart and drive them off. I'm not saying that hostilities towards these groups shouldn't exist, but it was to the extent of discouraging them from continuing to RP and fulfill they're groups goals. Now with the new "Color Coded Character Thingamajig", I feel like it will benefit those who want to come up with unique groups ideas that will benefit the quality of RP for a lot of people on the server. The reason people haven't been coming up cool new ideas is because they feel discouraged to do so because they KNOW it's gonna be shit-canned by certain groups. RP doesn't have to be hostile in order for it to be interesting and fun.

Looks good and all, but, put bluntly, all of the goals seem very generic and not really actual goals. The only one that actually is seen as a goal is the 6th one. The rest is just claiming what you will be doing regardless. There's no objective this group is trying to get done or purpose, what are you guys trying to do besides being a pack? What are the aspirations of the groups, not a single one really follows anything under the SMART guideline. Another thing is that the story seems questionable as it doesn't really give insight to the group, more just a "I was a wolf without his pack". I feel like this has a lot of work to do, the formatting seems very off putting with over-sized fonts, lack of graphics, and it just hurts my eyes reading through the page. Also, the OOC goals seem kind of generic as well, I'm still very lost what this group is trying to achieve both ICly and OOCly. I would definitely take time to rework this page and try to give a better understanding what you guys are actually trying to do here, your purpose.

People that performed Bad RP were always banned and handled even before this rule change, this just made it so it won't happen at all or anything that comes from it because people are too afraid to get banned due to confusion from the rules. What he means with restrictive RP is Mercs, madman cannibals thieves robbers and dynamics can't exist in this lore anymore because they have to follow the route of hostile neutrality or simply can't fight the approved groups. You would have to have people being orange/red or know the person that is green allowing them to avoid any form of hostilities if you don't. The thing is not that Hostile RP is ruined but groups just more of the less give up like almost immediately after they die more than once since they feel like they should be guarded by the vanguard, they felt like they never deserved their fate, even though most of them did or wished to be the main storyteller but where blocked from doing so because they could never back up there words or actions. Do you remember the phrase ''Never trust anyone?'' Well now it's ''Trust everyone and don't say anything bad or they might hurt you''. Back when the Scum did most of there dmg I was in the regs and we got attacked on the daily, we never hid or ran away from our island, we held our ground and fought back winning or losing when we got overrun but we never gave up. When I was in New Moon or we started to have issues with I think 6 groups at once at the peek dying almost every day and never been able to do much due to their sheer numbers, You know what we did instead of hiding away? We formed alliances got people that could fight back and actually managed to survive. That seems almost impossible for most people nowadays and Anarchy is a great example of that. First time around we fought people and won too many times for there liking so they all hid away in their forest or got Rolle involved since they didn't like losing. As soon as we archive the first time around people came out off there holes and even became friends with our groups, two weeks later the groups that fought the police force lost and gave up except for the other half that was our old group members and it got very stale, since a police group can't function without bad men. We came back gave terms made a town did events and deals, worked with people punished those that broke our rules and put them back in there place and got the Moretti's on our side ending with our own town but then people started to archived or simply just left. Showcasing to us that it seems the only people that can drive a massive story on a massive scale are people that know how to press a mouse button faster than us. If you watched the Walking Dead the main threat are not the dead but the living because greed always pulls through. People need a villain to hate for it to make sense. ofc a bus company would not work in this climate or a daycare center because there should always be some form of a lurking threat instead of I'm ''Nutrual'' you can't touch me. End of the day things got stale because most groups that are up now feel like dynamics trying to get those rights the old dynamics got. Some hideaway so far from anything that they can never get any form of bad feedback because there ghosts to the public. Leading to mostly scripted RP segments or people with to much pride they never wish to lose. Along with too many OOC restrictions applying now to anything hostile rather than promoting good RP.

Ah shit, sorry. Basically it would just kill the Virus inside the hosts cells (Without destroying the cells themselves) which is a task considering this virus destroys your immune system/deactivates it. Basically, anything that enters your body once the virus is gone has a chance to destroy it entirely because you're SEVERELY immuno-compromised. Make sense?

There is no cure. Think of it like this (even though it's as a concept, do not take this in-game) the cure mutates constantly so a cure is impossible to find. But OOCly, there can be no cure since you cannot control the release of infected in the area so it can never be RP'd out unless we get a new lore (which is very unlikely to happen).

*Rubs temples.* No, nipplehat. You do not @ Major for a Power Gaming report. The lore was like so; INFECTION WHAT CAUSES IT?? SOME PEOPLE NOT INFECTED! OH, MUST BE IMMUNE... -- Later on .... -- DOCTORS DISCOVER; NO IMMUNITY JUST DORMANT!! EVERYONE EITHER CLEAN OR DORMANT --- End scene. --- It's the progression of lore and the progression of RP. Things come to light as they progress. You are welcome to RP believing you are immune if you want. Your char. is not and will not ever be immune as there is no immunity though. Some chars. don't even know in IC that there is no immunity, so build offa that! ?

Rules are always an issue within roleplay communities, regardless of what game or platform you're playing on. People are always going to chase the "perfect solution", but little do they know that perfection doesn't exist, or at least in that sense it doesn't. You can point the finger all you want, but at the end of the day, the server (yes, that means the community and not just administration/management) needs to welcome everybody. Whereas veterans of a server or game can get by without specific rules being in place, brand new players can't. This is especially true for players who're new to roleplay altogether. Having spent around 6 years on a hardcore, hyper-realistic roleplay server (not on DayZ), I don't see any major issues with DayZRP's rules. Most of what I've read is the generic standard for a roleplay server, and anything else seems to have a little something for everybody. It seems as though most people have an issue with the "hostile mode" that was put in place, but even with that, there's something for everybody. It also looks like the majority have chosen to be open to hostility, including myself (as of right now I'm on normal, but I'm getting that changed). With that being said, I don't see an issue with people choosing the "normal" mode, either. Everybody's into their own thing and at the end of the day we're all here to enjoy ourselves in our free time, or at least that's the case for me. Will .63 be the saviour? No. Will it help? Yes. It'll help because players, both old and new are either trying DayZ out for the first time or are getting back into the swing of things, which is essentially step one. Step two is all about welcoming these players with welcome arms and putting our creative minds together as a community to ensure they have a pleasant experience in-game and so that they feel more inclined to stay. So, yeah, I agree that .63 is a good thing for the server. Not just this server, but the DayZ community as a whole. As for the discussion about roleplay being too "bland" or "boring", you can't always expect to have a thrilling, edge-of-your-seat RP experience. As your character develops and adapts to the world around him/her, you find yourself taking part in more passive RP scenes. I don't find this boring myself - in fact, I find it incredibly interesting. During passive RP you can get to know your peers, create organic and authentic roleplay opportunities and so forth. The important thing is to think outside of the box; don't be afraid to try new things! In saying that, put your creative minds together and you'll find yourself in authentic scenes. If all else fails, maybe it's time to try a new character, or at least take a break from your current. Roleplay is one of the best things that came from video games, as you can be as open-minded as you want, so long as you keep things realistic.

I hear ya man, was the same when I jumped in game, and even previously before my last time played. I just can't pin what's happened to the RP, its a lot of different factors.. Campfire RP is tragically bad, and you hit a point there about people on teamspeak. Its some sort of ego problem. I mean jesus it use to be SO GOOD, any randomer you pumped into there was such a degree of uncertainty, you didn't know what they had planned (even if not hostile just in general), you had to approach people with care whether they were a bandit or not. When I played on the server last time people were like "Oh hey," and just from the tone in their voice you knew there was no uncertainty, everybody knows how it'll play out from the get go, I hope that kind of makes sense..I think the rules are to blame. I'm sick of going on about it at this point though. I hate saying things like this because I know its a dig at everyone who does play currently, but jesus guys you don't understand how the server played whenever if you didn't watch your back you'd get fucked, so I blame all the rules, pretty much powergaming at this point. The stranger your about to talk to can only act within strict rules, so that leaves you with a bland, boring outcome nearly every single fucking time. The people that sit around these campfires are reeping the spoils of constant reporting and whining Just to clear things up, I gave it a good shot, met plenty of strangers roaming about, even found an RP reason to go to those "campfire RP" places..

Thread looks decent, you guys have done a good job. You have Spartan in there though, could give the group some bad rep. Also, the two goals are pretty much the same. When you're selling product to someone, surely that means doing business with people? Perhaps rephrase it to something like - Work on setting up new connections in order for the business to be protected and to function. (By day 400) Just an idea, not sure if you meant building up allies or focusing on the product. Looks a bit confusing at a first glance. Good luck though.

Mini World Lore Entry-328 Days-June 2nd, 2018 Sochi, Russia “The first duty of a man is to think for himself” ― José Martí Свободное российское Движение soldiers on a T-72 Battle Tank. (May 29th, 2018) The Свободное российское Движение (Translated to "The Free Russian Movement") is a militant political revolutionary group which sprouted because of the injustice found in Moscow. Полко́вник Kazimir Yazov, the current highest command of FRM, pushed this new ideology after he truly saw the new level of corruption and restriction that was being pushed throughout Russia and especially the Moscow region. Civilians would have the chance of execution for anything from speaking in the wrong tone, to petty theft, to anything that would be seen as slightly wrong. At the time of Kazimir being in Moscow, he was a капитан-лейтенант in the Directorate "A" of the FSB Special Purpose Center, a highly specialized military force used for anti-terrorism, intelligence, hostage rescue, assassinations and other highly classified special operations. After his father was executed, he rallied up forces in secrecy to fight against the Russian Government. He had people backing him from the Alpha group, Vympel, FSB, and the rest were small numbers from across the board. (MVD, FSO, SVR, Navy, Army, Air). After a botched attempt at making demands in Moscow and forcing change, the Free Russian Movement had to flee. For the next month, they stuck to the trees and kept a low profile until they reached Sochi, Russia. Подполко́вник мельник receieved orders from Kazimir that they are to hold Sochi and gain power in the area. For the next month, they kept in the shadows surrounding Sochi and began to create a resistance force. After several weeks of recruitment around Sochi, Kazimir amassed about two thousand ready to take down the 'evil' Russian state. Unfortunately Russian authoritieis caught wind of his location and he was forced to flee to South Zagoria with his sister in order to evade capture and inevitable execution. He left trusted associates behind to continue fostering his new following until he could safely return. After roughly a week, he heard his radio go off about a situation happening in Green Mountain, that some men were surrounded. Upon arrival, he saw four men surrounded by infected and helps save them. One of them being Nazar Orlov of the Belozersk's People Republic. The two spoke for a while and Kazimir told him of his mission and Kazimir had the opportunity to speak to the Kommadat of the Belozersk's People Republic. Later that night, Майор Марков of the Free Russian Movement went to the border to attempt and meet the BPR. After a few tense moments an alliance was sealed between the two factions under the banner of the destruction of the Russian Government. Kazimir returned north to Sochi and gathered his followers for an attack on the Russian stronghold. Свободное российское Движение flag raised over Sochi, Russia Territories in Sochi, Russia It was critical for the survival of the Free Russian Movement that they were to overwhelm the members of the 58th Russian Army, who held themselves at Sochi, Russia after the missile situation near South Zagoria. A Russian airbase in the North-west near the town of Primorsko-Akhtarsk was critical to protecting the 58th Army in south Russia. The BPR began to plan out an attack that would cripple the airbase and allow them for easy entrance, while at the same time, the FRM began to plan out how they will attack the 58th Army. In order to eliminate the heavy presence in Sochi, they would have to use deception in order to make up for the steep difference in manpower and equipment. The BPR and FRM created a plan to attack the airbase and Sochi in consecutive order. Due to superior planning and more motivated soldiers, the FRM-BPR coalition were able to successfully capture the Primorsko-Akhtarsk airfield and Sochi with heavy losses. THE BATTLE The Belozersk People's Republic and Free Russian Movement are now in possession of multiple Sukhoi Su-25 jets, five MI-28 Havoc attack helicopters, and a host of infantry weapons. At the airbase, they claimed multiple of the transport vehicles, IFVs, and the stockpile of weapons in their armory. The Free Russian Movement gained multiple weapons and vehicles from Sochi, that being: two T-72 Main Battle Tanks, one T-90A, three BTR-80, two 9K330 Tor missile systems, one 9K37 Buk missile system, three BM-21 "Grad" and about a dozen 125mm mortars. The war at the border will be subsided heavily and frequency of Russian patrols will be substantially lower at the border. With both of these factions now in possession of high powered weaponry, damage can come to both Chernarus and to the Russian government from either FRM or BPR. FRM has vowed to start supplying Anarchy with arms alongside BPR. Shortly after taking the city The Free Russian Movement reformed into The Independent Republic of Russia; a democratic republic in contrast the arguably fascist Russia. For the time being, the new IRR enjoys peace and prosperity alongside BPR. However it is known to everyone that a heavy counterattack from Russia like no other is on the horizon and they are making every precaution necessary to prepare. It was unclear where the nerve agent originated or who delivered it. Chernarussian intel officers have since convened and put forth an official statement stating that a highly trained military force breached the outer wall of the Miroslavl compound with an IED while another force deployed the nerve agent in the camp during the chaos. Those behind the attack are still unknown at this time but President Radek Koslov himself has promised that the belligerents will be caught and punished to the fullest extent of the new Chernarussian law. All eyes look towards Belozersk but it's quickly becoming apparent to both the people and government of Chernarus that there are other threats looming on the horizon. Now not even secure in designated military strongholds, the people of Miroslavl and Chernarus proper look towards the government with worried eyes.
