Why the verdict is not fair: I Had Value for life, let me explain. I was shot in the back when i hid behind the car, I could not see behind me so I had no idea  assailant went behind me NWFL in my opinion is void as I saw 2 people run in to a active gunfight with their guns out, that made me think the are hostile, and that we had a strong reason to believe we could survive the altercation. based on what I saw before me I truly believed I could survive and that my life was not at to serious of a risk, in fact I was confused as to why aassailant (again from my perspective) would try and steal our car we were working on, and attack us. it looked like they were in fact having no value for their lives. (again I wanna express that I couldn't see the first assailant behind me  that moved wen i was on the ground behind the car

Additional statements/comments explaining your point of view: I could only be aware of what is and was infront of me, I wish the logs could show that i could not see the assailant that shot me. but I believe there was a video showing that i was shot in the back.

What would you like to achieve with this appeal: If I still have a three day ban that is fine, I'd like to see that reversed however I truly wish I dont have to kill off my character as I am very attached to him and I have made some strong ties with other characters

What could you have done better?: Kept my head on a swivel, and take note of all assailants.

@tjockis_swe Why didn’t you contact Staff to let them know about this video evidence that you might of had and decided to wait for the verdict to post the evidence? Because it seems like after you were banned you had the video evidence right away. Please can you explain.

My old hard drive for recordings broke got the videos back to day i was stated in the first appel i made but had to edit it forgot to put it in after

Greetings @tjockis_swe, a separate team of staff have reviewed your appeal and come to a conclusion. In this situation you were in a hotspot for CTF, and indeed via the evidence we can count several allies in the area, amounting to roughly the same amount as hostiles called into the report. While your survival skills in a fight may not be the greatest, we do see that you attempted to value your life by taking cover, you were just killed by your own lack of awareness of positioning of enemies. As of the attempted invalid kill, due to the vagueness of the situation and lack of logs on who you shot at, we can not decisively say that you committed an attempted invalid kill, and as such it will be marked as inconclusive.
