What constitutes a roadblock?

Can I get some official word as to what constitutes a roadblock from staff?

Something that is meant to block the vehicle's passage to either slow it or totally stop it.

It can be done with tools (tank traps, wirefencing, sandbags) or with cars (bus?) or even already-implanted elements in-game.

It's meant to slow down a car enough (force him to go on grass is one way to slow it) to initiate and make sure they've heard your requests.

Based on what I've been seeing in reports, a roadblock is sufficient when you get a vehicle to slow down enough that they can hear an initiation/request to stop.

However random junk on the road does not constitute a roadblock, yes?

Something thats blocking the road.

This.

If you want to go into details at least 50% of the road width has to be blocked with a solid object or a vehicle. The roadblock has to be marked during night time with a flare or chemlights and has to be visibly attended (at least one person or a "guard" has to be standing in clear view next to the roadblock to stop a vehicle).

Is it blocking the road or just random items lying around?

I saw a main-rotor assembly and fuel-tank placed in the road at Solinichny as part of a roadblock...

Main-rotor is fine but I think fuel-tank is a bit too far.

No, as in the some that gets pre-spawned stuff, in and around towns and what not. Cement piles, washing machines, etc.

That is correct.

Yeah they can use that as a roadblock.

Main rotor assemblies are more common that tank trap kits, work just as fine and can be recovered after being dropped. Only bad thing is that they take more space.

Those work perfectly.

Yeah true, I would go as far to say a fueltank part is a bit of an exploit because it does the exact same but..its a fueltank and most of the time will be barely visible.
