So.. This havn't happen to me (yet;) ), But I thought I'd ask before it happens. If Me and my sniper friend comes across a lone survivor. I move up and my friend keeps an aim on him. I ask him if he is friendly(or just tell him to drop his weapon) but the denies. When can my sniper friend take him out? Or is he not allowed at all?

If you tell him to drop his weapons and he doesn't comply, then I believe your friend is allowed to shoot. But if you tell that person you have a buddy watching him, he probably would comply so you wouldn't have to worry about killing.

Of course, all the players in your group can open fire on him if needed.

When he clearly uncomplies, anybody within your group can shoot him.

True.

But better make sure the "lone survivor" has no sniper who covers him ;P

Your sniper shoots him, his sniper shoots you, your sniper shoots his sniper, your sniper takes all the loot and lols/deletes you off everything and you never hear from him again. Hope this helped! xD
