Hello, I'm Ryan. I live in Australia and am currently 18 years old. I was born in Scotland moved over to down under in 2011 for a better life. I play dayzrp and work in a freezer while I wait 24 months to go to Duntroon.

How did you find out about DayZRP, and what made you want to join?

I was originally introduced to DayZRP by @Tander who made an account a while back, our friendship group had ended our phase of playing Garry's Mod text roleplay and needed a home. I was originally skeptical, considering all that I had seen of DayZRP was PsiSyndicate videos, but after a few hours in-game I was fully swayed.

If you could thank one person for helping you get started here who would it be?

I'd have to thank @CaliforniaRP. After making a little white-name group with a few of my friends, we openly fought Anarchy with a super healthy relationship. We'd usually talk in OOC chat after our firefights and our groups friendship grew. This was mostly thanks to @CaliforniaRP who spoke to us about his dog that one time at like 3am. 

He also took all of us under his wing during the original Kamenici days teaching us how to RP and PvP properly on 62, and he's still chilling with us today. 

What could we do, as the staff team, to make this a better place?

Don't use reports as excuses to ban and give points, use them as opportunities for people to learn from their mistakes.

What is your most memorable experience(IC/OOC) here?

My most memorable experience IC has to be the attack on Novy when anarchy occupied it. Was worth getting up at 4am, was great fun.

Do you regret doing anything in your time here?

Getting on final warning, and banned. My friends were permed for posting minion memes on the forums after a few too many drinks, I was pretty upset and got real argumentative on everything forums. I cut a few too many ties with people here, but we're all back on amnesty and everything is good. I'd hope that I could re-build relationships with those that I may have upset back in that phase.

If you had to live in a jail cell with four people from this community who would it be?

What's your current favorite song/artist?

My taste changes a lot, i guess this right now, probably because I can't understand the lyrics.

What has been your favourite character you have played on the server and why?

I've only really played two characters which are polar opposites. Oskar and Kirov. I'd have to say Kirov is probably my favorite of the two, I've put more development and time into him than I had Oskar. I also play a character which conflicts with my personal views which can be really interesting at times. 

What do you feel is missing from the community?

meme thread  I'm really not sure, I would say understanding but that's boring and so many people have said that. I'd love to see more support towards @major and his storytelling influence have actual effect on the map of South Zagoria. It feels like there are 1000's of words describing this greater plot and scenario in the world, but due to restrictions and the game he's unable to let it effect us.

What was the origin of your username?

My original username was Ryan up until I watched/read GoT. I really liked Stannis Baratheon as a character. At one point, I played this weird ass StarWars RP server on garrysmod (cringy stop) and myself and a few friends at the time became some sort of mandalorian faction with a sort of GoT influence. It honestly depends on where I go, I either pick Ryan or Stannis.
