I need a new headset, but have no idea what to get.

Any ideas?

Would need it to be in a reasonable price range.

My last 3 headsets were Turtle Beaches, broken within a short amount of time, every time.

Are you wrestling with them, lol? I've had fine for well over 6 months and not a single problem.

God I envy you, I've had to compromise with a pair of Beats By Dre and a Guitar Hero microphone, lol.

And yes, top headset wrestler 2013 right here.

The only difference I see in them is that the studios require aaa batteries x.x

So, apart from the TB's, do you have an idea?

People actually buy beats to listen to things? I thought they were just a fashion statement.

I mean, beats are okay though.

TB are the only ones that came to mind. I'll look around for you.

Beats are nothig special.

Get siberia v2 headset from steel series. Steel series headsets are the best when it gets to "gaming headsets". Turtlebeaches are not bad, but their build quality is horrible and are more otimized for console players.

I would recomend getting the usb version of siberia if you don have dedicated sound card or use the headset with other audio eevices.

Thanks, Jukki!

I always considered the Siberia, you've just confirmed it. :)

I'm using the Sennheiser PC 330. Easily the best headset I've ever used, but I've yet to use PC 350's or 360's.

Like Jukki said, I use the Sibera 2 headset myself.

Great headset, pretty cheap (For the quality), very comfortable and generally high quality.

Razer Megalodon

Awesome sound

Awesome everything

Light as fuck

You can wear them for hours without getting hurt.

quite expensive though, twice the price of a siberia

Turtle beach are just over marketed cheaply built crap. I used to own some years ago then got myself a pair of Razer Chimaera 5.1 only one word I could say...AWESOME!!

(btw I have a pair of px11's atm, I won them in a comp at work at Christmas, I only use them when I can't use my Razer's)

I prefer having headphones and a separate mic to headsets. Currently have some creative aurvana headphones and a cheap desktop mic from maplins.

logitech H800

Costs quite some, but definitely delivers.

And wireless, so no annoying cables all over the place.
