Need new computer parts

Okay, so I haven't upgraded my PC but I bought it custom. I've been told to buy a new CPU and motherboard first so help on which ones to get would be appreciated.

My specs:

I suppose I have a budget of £300-350.

a good CPU is an I5 3550K (what i use) however i know nothing about motherboards sorry.

New CPU, New Mobo, New GPU, maybe more ram, new PSU and more, I say save up for a pc or just get a GPU and a AMD CPU which works
