Is it your computer or your headset that you're hearing?

is your microphone hard muted on teamspeak? Because that makes a beep beep sound when you try to speak while muted.

Do you have discord or another comms application open? Sometimes my headphones beep when I'm unmuted in teamspeak and discord at the same time.

My teamspeak makes that noise when I mute my mic. Hasn't bothered me too much but I'm sure there is a way to turn it off.

Tinker around with your TeamSpeak settings, try reverting them to the default ones if necessary.

This has happened to me in the past when I kept pressing buttons which were keybinds for other TeamSpeak servers.

Is this option marked as on in your teamspeak settings? OP can also check if this is the problem.
In Teamspeak go Tools > Options > Application > Uncheck "Warn when talking while microphone is muted"

This has nothing to do with DayZRP.

Try what Pinky said.

It could be Discord (if you have it installed)

If it is any of the following sounds?

Could be a mother board issue as that usually makes various noises depending on the issue. If that is the case consult your mobo manual and look for the relevant information on that. Different beeps could mean different things.
