The old boys from the west coast have been outdone and times have changed. I like Night Lovell, Drake and J. Cole.

Overall, Nas isn't GOAT. But tell me Illmatic isn't one of the best albums EVER.

Old School will always be better than New School... (IMO)

But, I gotta say... New School have got some good artists to... Logic is badding up the hip-hop scene at the moment, same with G-Eazy.. I've actually ordered Logic's NASA Jacket, shit's dope.

I'll always be an old school hip-hop head and my opinion will be biased mostly... But, I've been a big grime head for ages as well so... Yeah.

Missing some of the greatest on here. Tribe called quest, NWA, Mobb Deep, Wu Tang, Mos Def, even Gang Starr, Big L, 50 cent used to be shit hot when I was 10-12, Xzibit, Dead Press.

Even some Of the UK has a thirivng hiophop scene like Dirty Dike, Jehst, Split Prophets, Klashnekoff, Ocean Wisdom, Task Force, Feorign Beggars, Verb T, Buggsy (not bugsy Malone).

Poor, poor choices b ?

Because polls limit it to 20.

How about we just stop including old school hall of famers? Whenever somebody discusses hip hop artists - someone always has to mention the same old; Biggy, 2pac, NAS, Wu-Tang etc. etc. - Yeah they're all great, we've all known they're great. Let's move on and discuss shit that's being made and put out there.

Not the same old classics that are constantly mentioned - and if not mentioned then somebody comes up and says "Oh how you gonna include X but not include Y, Y made as much impact as X did!"

Wu-Tang are near retiring age, NWA has a biopic about them - the shit is done, let's move on.
