TS3, failure to download

Question

So I have done a reset on my PC, back to factory settings.... And I am attempting to download Teamspeak 3 again and I get this message that pops up every single time. I've already tried downloading the client 64 bit and 32 bit. Still got the same message. I can try to upload a picture of the message soon.

I am not able to download the picture to make it 10x better but heres what it says in the typical error message. "The program can't start because api-ms-win-crt-runtime-|1-1-0.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem."

Try right clicking and running as admin, sometimes that works.

You probably already done this but go into the control panel and type in uninstall a program, uninstall teamspeak and try again. Because if you have been sending it to the recycle bin that doesn't actually uninstall it. Also try what Rose said.

I would reinstall it completely and click "run as administrator"

Now that my friend is always the answer.

But @DunkinDonuts if the issue does not resolve, feel free to PM me and we'll try to sort something out :)

Try entering this site and download a older version of Teamspeak. Newest version avaliable at this time is 3.1.0.1

Or just download and replace the missing .dll file in your Windows directory.

your current download is not complete and will need to be re-downloaded as the error states it is missing " api-ms-win-crt-runtime-|1-1-0.dll " uninstall the current attempt and delete the download and try again from scratch. The error message gave you the answer that is required.
