As DayZ is currently in alpha, performance is not entire optimized. With that said, you should be able to play the game with that kind of hardware on lower settings. Don't get your hopes up for your graphics or your performance, but it should be playable. :)

Easy.

Medium+ settings 60 fps on a 1920x1080 panel should be no problemo.

Your dual core is going to perform better than my 6700k Skylake. And better than my soon to come 7700k Kaby Lake
And for me its sad to say that the 1050Ti will perform close to my 980 Ti. Only thing you're lacking with that card is Cores, so unless you have bought it allready i would recommend you upgrading to a 1060. Double ammount of cores and better cooling, also better memory and processing speeds.

But remember when the Engines performance upgrades are due you will lack performance on the CPU, due too the engine utilizing more cores. Currently its only 1 being used.

So if you have yet to buy a computor, i would spend some more time saving, building a more future proof pc.

Oh it will run. Trust me.

I've ran DayZ with a GTX 550 Ti and an i7-3400 @ 3.90Ghz

So yeah, if your core is anywhere as powerful as my old one, it will run, without a problem.

Ok what about an i5 6500 3.2 GHz with a GTX 1050 Ti

Found out I can get the i5 6500 vs the i3 6300 without going over budget...

Definetly, yes you can! :D

My current setup is a GTX 1060 3GB and a i5-4440 @3.10Ghz

If I can run it, you sure can too!
