Ghosting or combat logging?

Question

   568

I'll just make this quick:

If you swap servers 30 mins after a hostile action, but before KoS timer is expired, is it CL or ghosting?

Situation: Bob initaites on Joe because he doesn't like his attitude. After some hostage RP, Bob runs off into the forest and waits for the thirty minute timer to logout. One hour later Bob decides that he wants to continue playing so he logs back on, and joins a different server. Would this be considered Combat logging, or ghosting?

Combat logging is how it would be ruled.

Pretty sure that would fall under combat logging as they still KOS rights.

Ghosting is where you switch servers to gain a tactical advantage. Combat logging is logging out prior to your minimum of 30 minutes, removing the opportunity for the opposing party to use their KOS rights on you. Since KOS rights do not transfer between servers and they did not wait the full 2 hours, it would be classified as Combat Logging.
