If you require any help with your whitelist, please join the help desk and the waiting for staff help channel. We would be more than happy to help you there, but please refrain from posting whitelist questions on the forums.

Most of your answers can be found here if you wish to proceed on your own without staff help.

Ok, so, this link should be in the Rules section because I wasted one of my whitelisting attempts not knowing this...

Always check more then only the rules section if you want to whitelist.

Everything what you need to whitelist, you can find at the post from Oliv! ;)

Good luck with it.

Hello SadBambi,

You shouldn't post whitelist questions on the forums, if you need help with a whitelist question feel free to come onto our TeamSpeak Server (download) and join the channel called "Waiting for Staff Help" and a community helper will shortly be with you to help resolve your issue.

When whitelisting you should read the rules, faq, lore and the newcomers guide as questions on the whitelist are based on all of these resources.

With that being said I will go ahead and /solve this and good luck with your whitelist.

Yeah, now I know that and will comply.

When whitelisting you should read the rules, faq, lore and the newcomers guide as questions on the whitelist are based on all of these resources.

The thing is that some answers are in posts at support forums.

You don't have to look at the posts in the support forums for answers.

I can recommend you to look at the links that Oliv have posted for you!

I believe what he means is that questions can be asked from the guidelide threads linked to questions, troubleshooting, reports and ban appeals, like the questions he asked was. I believe this is an attempt to make people who whitelist learn how to search and use the forums.

Actually you do. The answer to that specific whitelisting question is nowhere in the rules, faq, lore or the newcomers guide. It's in the support forum post here: http://www.dayzrp.com/t-IMPORTANT-Creating-a-ban-appeal-Updated-11-06-2014

I hope it helps people to find that answer in the future.
