Names of allies involved: Phillip(only man who gave me his name, last unknown)

Name of suspects: Unknown

Friendly/Enemy vehicles involved (if any): None

Additional evidence? (video/screenshot): None, only means of finding him is through kill log, I understand if this is not possible.

Detailed description of the events: Player could have combat/connection logged(lagged on spot in front of me and disappeared, twice on occasion), shot me once when I was with a group of three, we took shelter in a cabin(the ones with the small  barred window doors) and as the other two left, I walked out with my hands surrendering, the man shot once with an FAL and missed, I spoke and said "I mean no harm" at which point he shot me in the back and left me to bleed out.

So, basically, I was at Novy Summer camp as there was a car there and I was trying to get it working, and I heard some people talking, so I hid behind a wall, which they heard footsteps and decided to look around for me, so I thought they had hostile intent, which it turns out they did as when they did finally see me they initiated, so I ran and hid again until I regained eyes and opened fire, which then I ran away, not thinking that I hit my target, then I seen him one last time and shot, he was knocked unconcious and not bleeding by the looks so I escaped while I could, I only opened fire because myself personally felt threatened by the fact that as soon as he seen me, he initiated.

Unfortunately I can't record on my laptop, I always have issues with getting recording software to work, my apologies.

I guess I can give you the benefit of doubt from my point I mean, yes I did inititate on you when you ran into the shack but before that when we found where you were hiding and told you to stop you ran without interacting,later in the shack when I said "stop or you will die" you lagged on the spot and so I refrained from shooting, but after those 20 min had passed I was walking with no weapon out, get hit, I went into the cabin with the three others bandaged and came out with my hands raised, you missed me once and then hit me in the back while I was in the surrender position.

Either way, I suppose I could have been gliding or something even though I only had one weapon on my back, it kind of bummed my morning out because I had made my hostility redundant and was hoping for at least some kind of RP.

Otherwise, my thanks to the admins for helping me get this report out there...I guess it's just another trip from the coast upwards but oh well, it happens, so do mistakes like these, no hard feelings Brodie.

I really apologize for killing you, to be honest I was looking for RP, but when you initiated I guess since it was late, I assumed you had other ideas. But I couldn't see you surrendering or anything, I could just see the side of your body, that was all, I didn't see your arms raised, but again, I apologize. If I seen you were surrendering, I would've definitely rp'd, but unfortunately, I didn't see that. But, I appreciate the good sportsmanship. Hopefully we'll encounter each other again and get to RP

Yeah, he apologized and explained why he shot me so I have no qualms , thank you all for helping with the report and I apologize for the time it may have taken to handle it, another reason for me to appreciate this community even more is the helpful people keeping it alive, if it weren't for you guys I think I would've boogied along to somewhere else quite rapidly haha
