Why the verdict is not fair:

The verdict is unfair in my eyes because I personally did nothing wrong in that situation. I played a strong silent character who did not talk very much (Shy if you may). I don't really know if John Lovett or Johnny Petrenkov did anything wrong because I was mainly paying attention to my own roleplay and making sure I didn't break any rules. I did nothing wrong in this situation. They held us up, brought us into the jail house, made us take off our gear, made Johnny tell the story as I watched on, and eventually executed us.

Additional statements/comments explaining your point of view:

I just think it is unfair that I was punished for the action of my peers. Also I don't know if this does anything but the last time I checked the alert (A while ago) that I was banned, I'm pretty sure the admin said he banned me for not giving my POV in the situations even though I was not online due to a vacation.

What would you like to achieve with this appeal:

I would like to be able to play on the DayzRP servers again and not be banned from them.

What could you have done better?:

I might have been able to assess the situation better but I was really tired that night and just went to bed after I was executed. When I got back from my vacation I tried to get on one of the servers and noticed that I was banned.

You did not respond to the Report after you got called in and in order to make you aware of the Report in which you have been involved, we had to Temp ban you.

We can´t read minds to know who and when someone is on vacation. Your Temp ban will be lifted but you need to have a close eye on this appeal in case we have some questions, till it will be solved.

Please provide your full detailed POV of the events that occurred in this report. We understand it's been some time but try to remember and describe as much as you can in your own words.

Ok, So John Lovett and I were in Stary Sobor when Johnny Petrenkov told us via TS that he was robbed at the NW airfield. We started walking to Kabanino when Johnny arrived with some people who gave him a ride. His leg was broken so I made a splint and put it into his leg and we started walking down the street when we see this guy standing there in the street holding an AK with a Drum Mag in it. Johnny said that he looked exactly like the person who robbed him, broke his leg, and killed our buddy Peter. We were considering holding him up when a group of 10+ people came out of no where and it got real chaotic. Everyone was talking at once and people started bombarding our trader (John Lovett) asking him if he had morphine and other drug like items. We decided to get out of there and head to the little military camp next to Kabanino. When we got there we looted a little and eventually we caught site of the same man who Johnny thought robbed him, We were up on a hill when he noticed us and John went down to talk to them. Eventually Johnny went down to talk to them as well. I was the sharpshooter/lookout of the group so I just kinda sat on the hill and watched over them. They asked Johnny and John if I could come down because they felt uncomfortable. I came down and started to walk around them a little because I started to get paranoid. Eventually me and John put our guns away to do something and they put there guns up and commanded us to walk to the gate of the military base near Kabanino. When we got there they made us drop our Weapons and backpacks. They brought us inside the Jailhouse and brought me upstairs while John and Johnny were downstairs. The man who brought me upstairs told me to drop my chest carrier and some of my other gear, he then asked me for my name which I typed "Mark" because my dogs were barking at the time and I felt it would kinda ruin the RP experience. They eventually brought me downstairs and made me kneel in the middle of John and Johnny, I have minor OCD and the way that I was kneeling and they were standing was making me a little anxious so I asked if I could stand in OOC. When we were lined up they started asking Johnny questions like "Why do you think we were the ones that robbed you" and I just kinda sat there and watched. Eventually they shot John because he kept talking and would not be quiet when they asked. My character is the strong silent type so I did not really make any noise or say a lot. They kept saying Johnny's story was a lie so everytime they thought he lied, one of them would stab me. I would try to make small grunting noises in my mic and I also typed stuff like *Grunts in pain* and eventually they stopped. They then dropped me the knife and said "I'll give you a choice, you can either stab him and you will not be stabbed or don't do anything and be stabbed so I stabbed him in the shoulder. They then Killed Johnny and they then said "Any last words" and I walked a little closer to them, put my middle finger up, and said "Fuck you!" before getting shot in the head.

We as staff have looked at this case one more time as you were unable to respond to the initial report.

We've come to the decision that even though you did still go out of character quite a bit, it's not as excessive or unnecessary as the others involved. We will make it clear that even though we will not be punishing you, you still were pushing it with how much you did go out of character as some of it could've been handled IC instead. Now we'll explain which of these you could've handled IC rather than continuing the OOC. For example, "//Should I stand or stay?", "//Im trying to stand guys", "//Can I please stand, my OCD is fucking my brain" or even "//I didn't hear you". These are all examples of things that you could have worded IC and still got the point across. You could've said "Should I stand or stay?" through voice, you could've said the "I didn't hear you" IC without going OOC no problem. 

You only go OOC if it's really necessary, for example. "//Phones ringing give me a moment" or "//Permission to log off?" and stuff like that. You always prioritize the roleplay so if the OOC chatter is beginning to get in the way of that, that's when there's an issue. In the future do not go OOC for things that you could easily say IC.
