There inst really more so say more then that i fucked up when i got permed, i got put on a final warning as i did not activly kill anyone in those situations we were apart of at the time and i was told i could put a Ban Appeal about the final warning in 3 months if i was active IG..i might not have been active on the forums, never was but i have been IG despite the fear of getting reported and permanently removed from

the community                                                                                                                              

i would also like to state that i have not been involved in many hostile situations after i got put on final warning as i know that it is easy to get reported in gunfights etc.. during my final warning time i have tried to focuse more on the RP side of the community rather then the side that got me to this point in the first place

You were told in the ban appeal in which you received your final that you were expected to remain active during that time. Please clarify this for the admin team.

You will be put on a final warning which means that you will receive a permanent 25 points until we decide if we should remove them based on if your behavior have improved. This doesn't mean that you can stay away from the community for 3 months and then come back, we expect you to be active.

yes, i was on regurarly about 3 months after i was put on final warning, after that i lost interest in putting up the appeal and went away for 2 months i believe.. so i was active 3 months after as i was told in the final warning and went away for a little while after that, and i am now back looking for a fresh start. sorry for the confusion, i can clarify better in TS if needed

Hi MrCuddles,

After looking through your activity (both forum and in game), presently, we have no sufficient evidence that your activities have changed.

Your warning history, mixed with all the events shown in this report, is exactly what landed you on a final warning. You've received several banstrikes in the past for KOS and RDM, one of which took place during an event in which you mass RDM'd five individuals with little to no reasoning behind it. While you have not received points during your final warning period, you were given a very strong verbal warning for this report just last week. You did, in fact, KOS the individual in that report. However, due to the circumstances surrounding the kill, you did not receive a standard punishment that would have lead to your permanent removal then.

In addition to the activities shown in game during your final warning, your overall presence in game has been less than sufficient. You received your final warning during the middle of October. After regaining entry into the community, your in game activity has been sporadic to say the least. You often took entire week (or two week) long periods away from our servers, including a very extended period between the last week of December until the end of the first week of February. As mentioned in my last post, you were informed that we required you to be active during the majority of your final warning period. However, with all the reasons stated above, we do not see sufficient evidence to support removal of the final warning at this time.
