We headed north on through lapatino , as we approached the church i was shot dead. no message was given that we could see, one of the friendly party saw a few men but did not see an initiation either. we just had shots towards the bus and in a second i died.

Antonin Dusek here, We drove away after the death of our friend here and whilst driving along I also got shot and killed no Initiation via Text whatsoever just shots at the vehicle only heard stop the bus whilst driving past the person in question. Approx 5 minutes after this event.

Both times were lack of Text Initiation to stop the bus heard no voice from first persons encountered.

From hearing what Stiles Tee has said on Teamspeak he said the persons said they were trying to shoot the tires.

From the rules "When initiating on vehicles it is required to use both voice and text chat to avoid misunderstandings."

Rhys Chambers here, with Tomi Virtanen, whilst we are not at all related to the death of Caspin, we are the people who killed Antonin, albeit accidentally. We followed the bus from the bus terminal near Vavilovo when we saw it drive past, thinking it was heading towards an encampment we could raid and stock up on supplies from. It stopped half way along the road and then continued again, a body and a tire were left where the Bus had stopped, the body of Caspin I believe fell out the bus at this point. It drove to the edge of the map and circled round which is when we decided we were going to pull the bus over and question those inside, on information of where they were going, if they had a base, and why they left a body in the middle of the road. I stood in the middle of the road as the bus approached and spoke over voice with my gun raised demanding they pull over, they didn't stop so I began writing in text for them to pull over, but stopped because they were well out of range to see the text by the time I'd finished writing, so me and Tomi decided to begin shooting at the tires which is when the bus stopped, we assumed we shot a tire out but apparently the driver, Antonin, got caught by one of the bullets. This is a reply for Antonin's death, we had no involvement with the killing of Caspin.

We decided to rob them so we shouted get on the ground get out the bus but they did not stop, so we fired at the bus not knowing if we hit anyone or not, evidently I did I do not believe i broke any rules as we initiated before the shooting of the bus.

We did verbally initiate as we stood in front of the bus, and music was being played so that is probably why you did not hear the speech initiation. We began typing to text enitiate but with the speed of the bus you had already passed us. So our instinct was too shoot at the bus to try disable it or grab your attention.

we saw a vehicle and told them to stop and were screaming at the people in the bus as we wanted to rob them but they didn't so I decided to try and shoot to get there attention but they drove off

Ill try explain the whole situation as I feel i can sum it all up with everyone's POV to give everyone a better sense and idea of what happened exactly. This is the one hundred percent the truth.

-We were running through Lapatino when we hear a vehicle Jimmy Clark then tells us to hide and wait for the vehicle to emerge as we can try and hold them up. The bus emerges and we point our guns at the bus and initiate verbally. The bus carries on to drive, we then move of the road as we felt we were going to he hit by the bus. Then I started to text initiate but I stopped as I felt it would be useless, we then all shot at the bus whether shooting the tires or the passengers. I obviously managed to connect with an SKS shot.

Reason:

After reviewing all the POVs we as staff have come to the following conclusion. 

Dr Tom Jaws you are found guilty of KOS. In your POVs you state that you didn't break any rules as you did initiate. Once it was brought to your attention by the OP and friends that you needed to text initiate you changed your tone as seen in post #7 and #11. The fact that you continued with the invalid initiation and connected a shot that killed the OP is what brought on this punishment.

The fact that you state you started a text initiation but the bus was going too fast and you felt it would be useless shows us you do not know how the rules work when it comes to initiating on a vehicle. Being inside a vehicle in game is very loud. Which is why we have the following rule: 

A rule which you failed to follow and felt it would be useless. You state that the bus was going too fast so you thought shooting at it was the best course of action to get their attention. This is not how we do things here on the server. We would like to advise you in the future to take the extra time and text initiate whenever a vehicle is involved. If the vehicle is going too fast for you to do so then simply let it go to avoid miscommunication by initiating through voice.

Jimmy Clark, you are found guilty of Attempted KOS. In your POV you state the following: 

You admitted in your POV that you screamed at the people in the bus and decided to shoot to get their attention as well. Just as stated above to Dr Tom Jaws  you are required to text initiate due to the fact that vehicles are very loud in the game. The reason you are getting this punishment is that shooting at someone to get their attention is Attempted KOS.  We advise you in the future to look over the rules again. When it comes to vehicles make sure you take the extra time to text initiate. As previously stated if it is moving too fast then simply let the vehicle go.
