How to sweetFX

Anyone know how to set up sweetFX for DayZ?

There are a couple nice presets I want to use, i've already looked online but most of the guides were not very helpful.

Got it working, turns out I had my settings slightly wrong so when it was turned on I couldnt see a difference.
