Detailed description of the events: So I was in Kamenka when I noticed someone running towards the water pump. I wanted to also go and make sure that I was set as I was going to be going to the north. So I go over and introduce myself and ask if the man has any ammo for his shotgun. He takes his shotgun out and makes the clicking noise to prove he has no ammo. I ask the man if he needs anything, if he needs food or water. He says that he is fine, I told him that she should look for a backpack so that he can store more stuff. I tell him that I didn't loot/check any of the buildings east of the water pump. I tell him to take care and watch out, I then start to run up north. The man follows me and tells me that we should group up because there is a military base up north and that we should loot and gather items together. I tell him that I would rather not because he is dead weight to me. I tell him he has no ammo for his gun and no backpack so I will constantly have to take care of him. He asks me for my name I tell him I am "unknown" because I didn't want any affiliation with him. Then another player comes out of a house or the forest. I couldn't tell because he appeared behind me. The third player starts talking to the guy I was talking to. They turn to me and tell me that we should all group up so that we have a better chance of survival. I tell them I am on a mission from the local doctor from starysober. I tell them that I am on a mission to deliver medical supplies. I wanted to get out of the situation without hostility. I tell them that I really need to get going because I've been by the ocean for to long. I tell them to take care and be careful. They tell me that they will not hold me up anymore or waste my time anymore and that I take care. I then turn the other direction and run for approximately 10-15 seconds. Then I hear them yelling something, I stopped in place and they are telling me to get on the floor. I am now standing in place and get shot once. I see the message that there is blood running. They continue to fire in the time they are firing at me I lay down to comply with there demands. Then once I am on the ground they shoot me again and kill me.

I am Abraham Carib and this is my pov. I was in Pavlovo Military Base when I heard my friend say over the radio that there was a man he was speaking with, so I decided to come say hello. Once I arrived at the scene, I began to rp a bit with him and shortly after he started running up the road. I then shouted I needed to ask him a question. Eventually when he came back, I asked him where he was going. He said, "I'm going to deliver supplies to a friend who is a doctor." I asked him if it was the doctor in Zelenegorsk, and he said yes. I told him I knew the doctor there and he quickly changed his story, saying that it was in fact the doctor in Stary Sobor. I could tell he wanted to leave the area as he felt we were a threat. So my friend "Pepe Jones" and I decided we should initiate on the man. We wanted to get some good hostile rp and also pepe happened to be very low on supplies. Our characters are doctors and we do experiments on our victims, thus we wanted to take him hostage to further the rp. Eventually, I told the man farewell and he decided to walk away. When he turned around I said "On the floor NOW!". He continued to sprint away and I fired a few shots in his direction. Then he looked at me and started zigzagging and running around. Eventually after a while, he laid on the floor. Once he was on the floor, he instantly stood back up. I fired another shot into his leg to disable him, but he was low on blood and died. I have full video evidence of the event, showing our initiation and him ignoring us, running away, and zigzagging. Also, the video proves that we initiated as soon as you turned around, not 10-15 seconds later. From the point he turns around to his death, he does not say one word or even mention that he will get on the floor.

I just reviewed the video. I use Nvidia Shadowplay and for some reason it didn't record my microphone. Either way, it recorded sound from in the game and you can see the icon when I activate my microphone. It also shows all the events. You can see my microphone icon appear for the inititation and him running away and zigzagging afterwards. It will take a bit for the video to be uploaded to youtube.

Hello as seen in the video I would like to point out a couple things. Your friends microphone is nearly inaudible and its almost impossible to understand you and your demands. It was 3 seconds after i started running and I didn't hear you say anything, but I did hear your friends voice which is of terrible quality. The next thing I would like to point out is that I was sliding back and forth for a couple seconds after I attempted to turn around. Im going to say this is because of my fps drop but from my point of view I was just frozen in place and then I layed down once I unfroze. One more thing is that you continued to shoot once I was on the ground, me standing up was after you shot me while I was down and also me standing up was not my control on my screen I was unconscious. The "zig zagging" was because of the steep hill that I wanted to run up. Once I heard the bullets fly I turned around.

Secondly, a drop in your fps is on you, it is not my fault that you had technical difficulties with the game. Thirdly, why did you wait for bullets to fly before complying? Why did you not just comply on first demand? If you hear someone say "On the ground now" you shouldn't run away, zig zag (even if there is a hill, it seems as though you are avoiding shots), and then turn around. You were not complying with my demands. And not hearing our initiation is not a valid argument because my friends voice was completely audible in game, and I was also shouting demands. Fourthly, I shot at you while you were on the ground because you had your gun out still and you lied down facing us. Since you weren't complying, I thought you were lying down to be able to steady your aim and shoot at us. Conclusively, when initiated on, you should have put your weapon away and lied down, instead of doing what you had done.

First your friends voice the whole time was inaudible before the encounter with you I could barley understand him. Second you are right that fps drop is not your problem. Third why did I wait for bullets to fly? Because I couldnt understand you or your friend, your microphone was very low and I had to stand nearly next to you to hear you. And your friends voice was barly understandable, once you shot towards me I knew something was wrong and clearly I was out gunned so I decided to try to turn around. Your demand was to lay down, I lay down and you shoot me. Also they called you called me a "shit rper" in the in game voice chat.

I explained to you the reasons as to shooting you while lying down already. In all of our previous encounters with other players, everyone could understand our voices. Also, the "shit rper" part was said by my friend in ts, not in game. If it was said in game, you would hear his voice doubling over, because every time he talks in game, his voice is heard in ts as well. This is my last post until response from a staff member. Another quick note, you claim that you were zigzagging to run up the hill, but in the video, you only started zigzagging after facing us, trying to avoid shots.

We, some of the members of the staff team have looked over the recorded situation and believe this was in fact a valid initiation. Even though the recording itself did not pick up the voice of the recorder, your actions IG indicated non compliance as you continued to run away after the initiation happened. We feel that there was no real rule break here and by the time you were on the floor, you had already been gunned down.

However, do you wish to still proceed with this report?

My problem is that it is almost impossible to understand Pepe Jones, and the claim that it is doubling over is not completely true because multiple times you can hear the voice come after the in-game voice. I would like to close the report if the staff truly believes it was a valid initiation.
