Why the verdict is not fair:

So, I think the verdict was not fair because I was never able to say my side of the story about the Blackmailing. In my opinion, even if the evidence against me were strong, I should still have the right to explain my side of the story. Also, it was my first big mistake/rule break. I was only on a 20% warning level, (10% for posting in a report that I wasn't in (yeah stupid of me I know) and another 10% for posting something that was Back and forth in my last report) and still got a perma ban for it. I think a X amount of day of ban would have being better.

Additional statements/comments explaining your point of view:

I want to add that I understand that blackmailing is something really bad and I want to apologize to Bruce, Hellish and Post about my attitude towards them about it. At the moment I was really pissed about being KOS and loosing everything. I RP as a trader and the gear that I had on me was to trade with people around Chernarus. I wanted my gear back and didn't thought about what to say and how people would take it. I act like an asshole and I am truly sorry about it. People make mistake every day, some are bigger then others. I fucked up that night and did a big mistake but I believe that people should be allowed a second chance. I was pissed because Bruce agreed in giving my gear back but then decided to not do it without fully explaining me why. At the time, I was thinking that he was trying to get away with it when in fact he was trying to not break a rule (If he was breaking a rule). 

What would you like to achieve with this appeal:

The really best I could get is a instant removal of my Perma Ban and of my Warning point back to 20% BUT what I want at least is to get a 3 or 5 days ban for my mistake. I know I did something wrong and I know it will probably wont go without punishment.

What could you have done better?:

I could have not being a jerk and either accept Bruce's apologizes and go without anything or do the report for KOS but not have tried to Blackmail him for my gear.

Another team of staff that wasn't involved in the original report have reviewed this case and came to the following.

We received a screen shot and recording of the conversations that was had surrounding this event.

In the evidence it's clear as day that you are only out to get your gear back and if you didn't you'd report the accused.

Simple Definition of blackmail

: the crime of threatening to tell secret information about someone unless the person being threatened gives you money or does what you want

You asked for him to break NLR rules so he would be able to do this and leave out everything that revolves around role play.

We want to stress that this is a role play community and even if your character is a trader your gear shouldn't be your number one priority.

The hostility displayed in the screen shot and video leaves much to be desired.

We are all here to have fun and we will never tolerate this kind of behavior in our community.

Yes you messed up but it was something that shouldn't have happened in the first place as a member in our community.

It is a privilege and not a right to join our community and take part of our servers and your privilege has just expired.
