Why the verdict is not fair:

because I did not go just off the text initiation I did my own as when they got out off the car I yelled put your hands up put your hands up over and over and I didn't try killing any of them because  I knew I had no rights to kill them so I tried disabling the car instead of killing them. I would understand this verdict if I had killed 1 or two of them but I didn't and refrained from doing so.

the people in the back   obviously knew that we had done  a initiation since they use there KOS rights on us in the end and kill both me and pay.

Additional statements/comments explaining your point of view:

there is not allot I can add here but I can already tell you these guys knew fully well that we did an initiation  since of what they did in the end.

and I would like to point out if those Reapers had  such an issue with us why did they not tell us to FK off or shoot us?

this seems to more of the less just going off the rule it self-written on paper rather than what we did.

and I'm sorry if I come off as pissed of in this post.

What would you like to achieve with this appeal:

Ban Removed and points or a removal of ban but keep points as a reminder.

What could you have done better?:

Text initiation.

Hi Eagle,

A different team looked at the verdict given in the original report and verdict.

The fact still remains that you are required to a text and voice initiation when intiating on a vehicle. You yourself even say that you've could have done a text initiation.

For us, there is no reason to change the punishment, you after all did not initiate verbally and via text.

You bring no new evidence into this ban appeal.

Therefore we conclude that the original verdict is justified.

Appeal denied. No action taken.
