The Division-Like Group

What if someone would step in with the concept of a "The Division" group? Something made in the same concept. Agents that have been scatered around the globe, waiting for their objective to be updated, eventually, they wouls find themselves in Chernarus, looking for clues about Patient Zero, or some crazy ass scientists that has some clues over the Infection or something? What do you guys opinion about that? Do you actually think it could eventually work?

Why not? The gear? That's no problem at all. Weapons? Same. We don't need to go all futuristic on this too.

Thats not what I meant.

What I meant was the Agents part. I've never played the division so I apologise if im looking at this wrong but a group of agents probably wouldn't be accepted on the SA server, but the exile server is a lot more leniant with group ideas. For example, Special Forces groups are allowed back for the exile server only (Rolle said this somewhere, cant remember where though) so what I meant was you may have better chances of getting accepted on the exile server.

I would really like to know Master Rolle opinion on this. If the "Special Forces" thingy can't be used, maybe he can make an exception for the right people.

I'm fairly new, but I do understand that most people on the SA server aren't too keen on the "special forces super soldier" types.

Doesn't have to be special forces types... could be a JTF of former cops, maybe some soldiers, and paramedics. This is Chernarus anyway, its not like it has been a stable country for a while, but the UN clearly has an interest in it. Maybe they trained some Chernarussian specialists as a crisis response team after the 2009 conflict.

Never played the division before so correct me if i am wrong; arent those agents kinda supersoldiers that can use every weapon? Do we really want even more supersoldiers?

Honestly, I feel that it would just be another stereotypical American soldier group. Which have had touchy history. I would personally steer clear of the idea and let the Division stay in its own game.

Groups that copy other games / movies / TV shows have not done very well in the past. It would be really difficult to RP and people might not take it very seriously in game.

I think it could work, as long as you and the people with you do it right. You need to have a reason for not being around for year and a half and also (Like other people have said) not make your group like super soldiers and not make it based around gear. If you do make the group, best of luck!
