Detailed description of the events:

so we meet these 2 fellas in Vybor And I get told over the radio that the doc wants to take them for samples Blood flesh and anything related to the human body now when we get to the area after a bit of talk the Doc suggest to get the samples he needs,during this whole season we were bombarded with OOC Text about the rules and such that ofc we knew and would ask if it came to any sort off perma scares or harm that could kill them but instead we got stale RP out of it that resulted in them being dropped off far away from civilisation so we could keep our working going.

Note:

WE left enought food and water for them to get back to houses that they could loot and get what ever they needed back

Stile Tee here, the excessive out of character was because you were clearly not following any of the game rules; starting with the fact that you (Or friend) powergamed and removed a chunk of my characters arm without permission, you also just took a blood sample without permission, I could have been low on health yet you didn't seem to care, now yes, you did threaten Duke about being smart, and I admit he did continue to give smart remarks, however you shot him in the leg without asking his health out of character which could have lead to death as his health could have been low, and finally you stripped my character naked of all clothes in front of everybody present at the time, and I do believe that before you removed a chunk of my arm, we informed you that you needed to ask for permission, (You did ask for permission to feed us the meat I admit.) yet you still removed the chunk without asking anyway. I do however admit to speaking out of character twice, three times at max, I'm not too sure. And I understand that roleplay over rule play however the constant breaking of the rules was irritating and ruining the RP experience, and the Dr's response towards Duke was extremely rude.

- Blood samples won't kill you unless you're like 0001HP

- We upheld RP ALL TIMES

- You ruined what would of been good medical-RP (In my opinion)

- You weren't interested nor did you care about what was happening to your physical/mental wellbeing

- Ruleplay>Roleplay (We asked if we could DO ANYTHING, That would effect your character e.g. Human flesh - You replied "Nope" which is in your right however I feel you ruined this whole ordeal and the effort we put into the RP to make your experience enjoyable.

We desperately tried to get our RP back on track after the excessive OOC and It was near impossible, Anything we would do which would cause infliction on your character was instantly shot down with ooc talking and not agreeing to have "fun" as RP should, You MUST understand that Roleplay is a two way road and we can only push you to a specific limit before it becomes your duty and playermanship to actually let us have our fun and work off eachother

Dr.Hans is a character made by my friend and he's freaking amazing at what he does and I'm sure you can agree with the level of RP we offered you, It's just a shame you constantly gave us nothing but sass and constant moaning.

Edit 2: The chunk of flesh which we cut out of your arm won't cause no character scars.. It's flesh and it grows back The human body is amazing and will adapt, We weren't making your character physically/permanently inflicted for good as we know you'd be against it.

I only spoke out of character twice, which were one point I accidently cut in half, you only asked if you could feed us unidentified meat, that does not rule out all other sources of harm; everything else you did without permission, e.g. perma scarring my character by removing my flesh, however, during the RP I participated and continued to give off the personality of my character, sarcastic, blunt and tried to be optimistic as I have a character who tries to be optimistic and hopeful during all situations, I will admit that the RP was good, however was ruined by the power gaming, I do not believe that my ooc was exessive in the slightest as I only spoke ooc twice, the third was responding to your question of, "//can I feed you unidentified meat" which I was not ok with, and replied "//nope" however cutting and scaring, breaking of bones, taking my blood, would have all been acceptable in my eyes, but taking a chunk out of my characters arm would not have been as it is a huge wound which would have perma scarred me severely, even if you did inject me with morphine.

I would have loved the RP if power-gaming was not involved. As your RP aspect was , I will admit quite good.

Charlie here, I was enjoying the Role play massively up until the point it went tits up, when you took a chunk out of Stiles' arm and didn't ask for permission I then began to think that the situation wasn't going to be as fun as I expected. It was a CHUNK not a slice or something else smaller. I used the OOC because you had already taken the chunk out of stiles' arm without permission so I wanted anything else that happened after that to be fair and correct. After what happened it pretty much ruined my fun and I lost interest, I tried to keep the roleplay going as much as I could but it was hard to. I thought the entire doctor looking for a cure etc was a great idea and I thoroughly enjoyed it and I do hope i see you again in-game, I apologize for any inconveniences and I hope that the chunk you took out of stiles' arm comes to use in curing the infection. ~ Charlie

There should be chatlog messages of the power-gaming when they removed a chunk of my characters arm, which will in fact leave a scar as a chunk of my arm doesn't grow back.

Like I mentioned in my above statement although not very clear, The chunk of flesh wouldn't cause a permanent scar on your character, However it would merely be a annoyance due to as you said "My arm has a chuck missing" After we cut out your flesh we bandaged the wound and even gave you medical supplies to stop the pain e.g. Morphine & Epinephrine, We had so much more RP to offer you guys and the Doctor was spilling hundreds of ideas in the Teamspeak to us but we figured everytime we'd try to create medical-RP it would be turned down as you'd rather disagree to our demands since it is within your right and you knew we couldn't do it when it causes damage to your character.

I don't want to compare you with other people but throughout that day we offered them the same medical-RP experience and such and during this time people agreed to be executed & Permanently handicapped (We chopped off a guys arm and he came running after us in zelekegosk)this was truly an amazing experience.

Would I consider the flesh Powergaming?

I personally wouldn't consider the flesh taking as powergaming, We had a good RP reason to strip you from a small chunk of flesh (for testing) We knew that a small amount of flesh being taken from a live specimen wouldn't cause permanent damage to your character, Everything which we had planned which WOULD OF caused permanent damage you instantly disagreed too so we completely had to change our play-style and eventually we ran out of ideas.. Threw you into the truck and left you near Lopatino (So you couldn't alert your friend(s) they we're heading to a specific location as we went completely off-road (No chances of being caught)

We're sorry that your RP was "Ruined" but in my opinion I can't see how, However I feel our RP was ruined with the excessive OOC & constant Ruleplay>Roleplay.

If you're having fun (In RP) Forget the rules and have some great dialog, The rules act as a guidance line however you shouldn't cling onto them for dear life if you die but the RP was worth it.. GREAT experience 10/10 it takes 10 minutes to run back up the coast and you've got one experience you may not forget.

Once again, you asked us if you could feed us meat, nothing else, which does not rule out all other forms of RP, assuming we would deny is not fact, and so is not a valid point to make, second of all, if you use a knife, and remove a chunk of someones flesh, it will, permanently scar them, may not leave them handicapped, but non the less will scar them, as need I remind you that a chunk of someones shoulder doesn't just "grow back", however like I have said, the RP would have been fun.

With the above taken into account we as staff have come to the conclusion that the Accused are not guilty of Bad RP under the guise of excessive OOC.

While yes, OOC should only be used in emergencies/requesting permission to alter/change/effect another's character. The above classify as such, seeing as some of them are pertaining what could be considered a perma-scar or character changing events. While moderately frequent, it was in response to things that were happening in RP as can be seen in the video posted by the OP so therefore they cannot be considered completely unnecessary to the situation at hand.

As such, an example of excessive and unnecessary OOC would qualify as [//I'm reporting you] ,[//you are breaking the rules], etc. But all within a certain period of time.
