Detailed description of the events: So pretty much we required some basic supplies e.g. food/water ammo etc, When we stubled across Shady who kept pointing his weapon towards myself, After mutiple warning to lower his rifle and stop pointing it at people claiming it's a stupid thing to do around this area he finally agreed and lowerd his weapon, At this time he's already pissed off us and we decide to initate on him, We scream HANDS UP WEAPON ON THE GROUND to which his responses are the following

"Errrr how"

"My hands won't work"

"Ok give me a minute"

After waiting another 10-20 seconds for such a basic command he turns and tries to shoot up Josh Archer (Damage logs) Then we finish him off with a volley of bullets.

now I meet this fine fella in the military tents and start  initiation  after talking to the lad he starts off by pointing a gun at his face were i reply *do it you will make this quicker for us* which he responds with no I don't wanna, he sits there for few seconds before turning slowly towards Josh and shooting  a single bullet before getting sprayed down.

I think enough has been said in this report, The evidence & PoV of the accused is enough to warrant staff to make the decision, I must admit though "Choaticboy" Your story is fine however you must value your life

Reason:

Accused, you state in post #6 that the real reason you wanted to kill yourself was because you had to leave. If that was the case the correct way of going about that is to ask the rest of the people you are RPing with for permission OOCly (i.e //). If others wish to communicate with you, but you must leave due to an emergency it is always best to communicate with the other party and letting them know. As it clearly states in the rules :

Addressing the NVFL: Accused you stated in post #6 again,"I thought you were trying to rob me here and am i not allowed to kill people if i am getting robbed by them are you being serious now?". To answer your question, you can, IF you comply to their demands and they let you go AND it cannot conflict with any other rule breaks. In this situation, you decide to not only NOT comply when they tell you to put your gun away, but you tried to kill one, when you were clearly outnumbered. Which leads to the NVFL. While we understand that you state that your character was in a "bad" state, seeing as he lost his family and didnt want to live anymore, this does not escape the rules. Even if that were the case, you still must act appropriately and accurately.

We find your last post to be a bit concerning, in which you state "i am sorry guys if i broke a rule and btw i didn`t read about the nvlf stuff in the rule section". Seeing as you are still relatively new, you should still have the rules fresh on your mind, but unfortunately this is not the case. You clearly do not fully understand how the rules work and we believe you must reapply and take the time to really comprehend and READ them completely. Due to the stated above, we will aggravate the punishment and therefore we will be revoking your whitelist (as seen here) and can reapply once your ban has expired. We suggest you take this time and get yourself better acquainted and even ask for help by a Community Helper if need be.
