Name of suspect/s: I have no idea. Couldn't even get a name before they shot me.

Detailed description of the events: 

As I was wandering around NW I meet some Russian dude that started talking to me. Everything was fine until a random person showed up wearing similar clothing sporting a scorpion. His friend had a terrible fake spanish accent that I called him out for, as I am a native spanish speaker. Without reason he told me to raise my hands which I was complying to do. Im guessing my weapon that had NO MAG raised up and the two shot me instantly. 

The reason why Im making this is because it seemed a bit weird that they shot me so fast. It was almost like they didn't care about RP and were hoo hawing around only looking to RDM as many people as possible.

Basically we initiated on you, told you to not raise your weapon, you said ok and then u raised it, we shot you..

I stood RIGHT in front of you, so the moment you raised your weapon I took the shot, couldn't risk it, sorry if it felt like we didn't give you enough time or something but I honestly dont get why did you open a report..

The report is for the lack of RP. You guys were just after a kill, if you want to do that stay on a PVP server. And no you did not say put the weapon on the ground. All you said was hands up.

Verdict:

Stas Poroshenko - RDM - Inconclusive

Reason:

We as staff have looked at all sides of the evidence provided and have come to a conclusion regarding this case.

First the RDM, both of the point of views conflict with each other. Symmetrical states that the OP raised his weapon at the point he got initiated on and therefore killed him.  While the OP states that he complied to the demands. 

Now for the BadRP. OP you are stating that you had the immersion that the kill went to fast and that it looked like they didn't care about the RP. There is no way to proceed on this as there is no video evidence provided. We as staff don't have a view on what exactly happened. Therefore we verdict this as word vs word.

Even though we have determined this as inconclusive. We want to give Stas Poroshenko the advice to always aim for the Role play. Killing someone should always be the last resort. Always prioritize RP above killing someone as that kills any potential RP that you could have had for yourself and others.
