Why the verdict is not fair:

I took only a bit, gonna quate this again "A bit of top layer" witch is epidermis.

Well by a bit i meant as 2 squared cm of skin. And as you know it should be as normal wound when you get cut a little, actually top layer(epidermis) is made to regenerate fast.  Epidermis reason is to quote on quote "Making new skin cells: This happens at the bottom of the epidermis. The skin cells travel up to the top layer and flake off, about a month after they form."  This is from another site that states that scars happen once you cut it beyond epidermis "but the skin may never completely return to its original state — particularly if the cut extends beyond the epidermis, the skin’s outer layer.". Which makes his wound to heal within few weeks without a scar.

I could've not even tried to take the skin.

Archer Woodrow we have reviewed the report again and feel this appeal has no reason to go forward.

The fact is you removed a piece of skin when told not to by the OP which is powergaming.

No matter how small the piece of skin you took, any cut/removal would cause a scar in which you must ask permission from your victim. You overruled his decision and went ahead with an act which would change his character.
