Detailed description of the events: I was going up North from Zelena and I meet this man who said he escaped a robbery so I tell'em "Well shit I better leave then" because he warns me that the people who robbed him are still near by. So I left I see a house I go on the second story to switch TeamSpeaks real quick, I then get initiated and he tells me to get on the ground, so as I was putting my gun on my back not being a threat, he kills me. I had no time to comply at all then I believe he goes ooc to tell me if I am still there to meet him up North.

No you did not give me three warnings at all, you gave me less than five seconds to comply to getting on the ground once, and I heard everything crystal clear there was no lag. It would be understandable if I drew my weapon on you but I put the gun on my back so I could get on the ground, if you wish to come on the DayZRP TS to talk this out I am more than happy too.
