Hello there FoShizzle and welcome to the community. Get yourself involved on the forum as it is all part of what makes this community great. Not really any suggested cities to find RP anymore, it used be Green Mountain but ever since Persistence was added in, people would gather in Kabanino but again that then dispersed. So i don't know what to tell you other than don't trust anyone!

Has nothing to do with persistence, its just that people actually move around the map...
