Detailed description of the events:

Ok basically a load of groups, reapers wolves zbor, teamed up against the irish ig, we have been fighting for around 2 weeks now, earlier on today we captured a man called dougie something who was part of their group, he was taken by wolves in zeleno and some of the reapers moved into talk to him, after mark talked to him, we left it to the wolves to decide what to do with him, Mary decided to let him go, after this we split up and decide to meet at GM only to find the irish already there, so we move somewhere nearby and come up with a plan, after it is decided the first squad moves into GM to get info and possibly take hostages, we stayed for around 15 mins then I went afk for around 10 mins for dinner, when I return the group had left so I hung around GM as some of the irish were still there, once they figured I was with the rest of em they started saying come back up when you grow a set of balls and try something, I move back up and lewis starts shouting at me I couldn't hear what, then over ts I hear there is one of them down in pogerevka, so I move down and initiate on him, he take his radio and weapons and move out of the town towards rogovo, we then change direction and head to zubb castle after talking in ts, we arrive with very little trouble, and we set up in the tower, after around 5 minutes or so a guy walks in with white armband and a skull mask ( imitating reapers as previous day we decided white armbands for hostile situations )  several others at GM were dressed similarly to those who were allied against the irish almost impossible to tell the difference, he runs up and we quickly confirm he isn't with us I run up the stairs and initiate with around 5 - 7 people around him pointing guns, we tell him to drop his weapon, after a couple seconds he raises his gun and sprays me down only to be killed himself.

Jamie Wilson POV:

So we head to Green Mountain after we got intel about Irish in the area over there. We sit around the mountain waiting for the best time to strike, I head over to Pogorevka where we initiate on Dougie Jackson. We take Dougie from Pogorevka to Zub Castle where we have him stashed in there. After some RP, I say "I'm going up top to take a look around" and as I go up, I heard Dan Sommer initiate on a guy wearing Reaper clothing. Dan initiates but the assailant sprays back, killing Zero.

My POV: After waiting for them to come to the castle the Irish start to take shots at us after 10 mins of shooting back a person in a reaper mask and white armband comes to the second floor where 5 to 6 people where armed and he stands there not saying a word and then when all of us start to point guns at him he then raises a gun and trys to fire back he kills one of us and that he was standing next to and the we dies in seconds. He knew what he was getting into and he never said a word this means that he seen how many people where in there and the only thing he could of done is shoot!

Nora Wilsons PoV:

We take an Irish hostage and move him to zub. We all took our facemasks off and I spot a guy outside wearing usual reaper clothing; an Irish. I call it in and the guy walks up. We initiate with 7 maybe 8 people, he is completly surrounded and has no chance to escape if he doesnt comply. The accused showd no value for his life at all and tries to take one person down with him. He shoots the OP and within a second the 7 others of us light him up. video makes it pretty clear.

Couple seconds later i accidently fall 2 meters down and die instantly...

As has already been stated, we’d been at GM for a while and the Reapers initiated on Dougie in Pogorevka. Myself and TheJuggernut, being just outside Pogorevka, silently tail them. We follow 3 people in the forest – two of which we think are Reapers, and one we assume is Dougie… we follow them up to Zub and I wait outside the entrance for all of our people to surround the tower. Since our guys were taking some time getting into position, I have the great idea of instead dressing up as a Reaper in order to abuse the confusion (there were like 20 people when they initiated on Dougie, I thought I might be able to get the upper hand before getting ID’d) and hopefully free Dougie.

Upon entering the tower, I was kinda shocked by the number of people on the stairs (4 people) – more than we had originally seen when tailing the group. I felt it was too late to turn back and so decided to go ahead with the “plan”, only to find another 4 people, 1 of which blocked my way to the top. By this point, one of the downstairs group also moved to the stairs behind me, blocking my only exit. I was initiated on and had to make a split-second decision – fight or surrender.

As already mentioned, hostilities between our groups have been brewing for a while now. Multiple members of our group have been captured and executed and, since there was no way out of the situation due to the guys blocking the stairs, I was pretty sure I was going to die either way. So, yeah, what I did was NVFL but, in the context of the situation, my character felt that I would die either way; better to go out causing a bit of chaos (and possibly giving an opening for Irish outside to save Dougie) than to die on my knees, right?

Mark Schutt we have reviewed this report with all the evidence available and find you Guilty for no value for life. You arrive at the location where you recieve an initiation to which you decided to shoot at one of the group members.

So you knew how many were around you and where they were situated, you knew that all exit routes were blocked and you state that you did not value your life in order to create some chaos. This is not the type of attitude we expect on our servers, your character must be as realistic as possible considering this is a roleplaying community. You were heavily outnumbered and rather than provide RP you destroyed any potential storyline that could have unfolded (like negotiating for your friends release).
