Grenades in Containers.

Don't loot grenades if they are in anything.  We have experienced this issue in Kabanino now three times likely because it's a popular spot, and despite us trying to warn people IC saying it's "rigged."  It should be known now OOCly that grenades in containers can literally blow up the minute you take it out.

It can be any type of container.  Pants, shirts, backpacks, cars, anything that holds items.  They grenade will be inside, look fine, and the minute you take it it will explode, and likely harm others around you.  If you're running down the road, see a bag, and see a grenade inside it - it's a trap.  It's likely going to blow up.  You should only loot grenades that you find on the floor, and not in containers.

I can support this, also on the topic of grenades tripwires. Someone set one up at a hospital in Svetlojarsk and one of my guys had his legs broken from it. I'm pretty pissed, because why the fuck would people do that anyway? This is an RP server. Please don't fuck around with grenades guys..

I've seen a few people get killed by this since staff announced there weren't logs on grenades.

The only problem I can see in this thread is that the information itself may give a wrong idea to wrong people that weren't aware of lack of logs for nade kills.

I stupidly did this to myself, I kept my grenade in a container in my backpack, and I wanted to switch my inventory around, so long story short I dropped the container, took the grenade out and boom. Haha, luckily no one else got hurt but it really did suck.

No,I think its just a matter of people unpinning them then placing them in storage so they don't blow up.

This has unfortunately been a regular occurrence in RP. When people realise they can kill someone else without logs they will do so simply because they know they will most likely get away with it.

So to those who do it on RP servers to simply troll...

is it worth taking the KoS ban though? Or maybe even throw a grenade at them being as there are no logs
