Detailed description of the events:  Came upon a barn in Kab, i entered the barn to see 5 people, 3 said they were being robbed, i raised my weapon to stop the robbing and was immediately shot.

Still relatively new, what is NVFL? and I didnt announce as anyones friend. I stated that I remembered him from our last encounter.

okay so my pov as i was there but didn't shoot. we started robbing a guy and moved him into the barn. wumbyyy walked in like nothing was going on and after the guy we were robbing shouted "help me i'm getting robbed" (it took me like 2 or 3 mins to get the guy's radio so he easily could've told his friends so they would know what was going on as opposed to just walking in and having to get told what was going on) after he was told what was going on he raised his gun and aimed it at 4 armed people where the armed people raised their guns and opened fire before wumbyyy could open fire to save his new found "friend"

I was one of the people there (one of the robbers), and I do not believe that any of us had any video footage. Izzay (if I recall his name correctly, he was the guy we were robbing) might have some footage, though I have no idea.

POV. So we came from NWAF. After hearing that this guy was being hostile to my ingame brother. So we decided to deal with it, We initiated on him. After talking to him a little bit. We decided to move him into the barn, After talking to him for a little bit more we get to know our hostage. Kinda start to like him. Then Wumbyyy came in the barn when we had a hostage and started asking what was going on. Our hostage yells there robbing me help me. He then raises his weapon, I think, He says something not sure what he says. We then shoot at him. (NVFL) He also was being a good Samaritan. Which is no longer a rule.

Here is video of the encounter. AS you can tell in the video, by the way they are speaking I have no knowledge that a robbery is taking place.

I was here as well, I was outside when I began seeing the robbery. I talked to another guy about going to help, I crashed, returned. I saw the guy in Gorka helmet (the OP), approach the barn because it was very audible to hear the robbery. Izzy also asked me for help several times, but I didn't initially. However, truth is I never heard an initiation from either side, just a lot of shots. I saw the body afterwards, and talked to Izzy. Izzy said he had no affiliation with the many so I don't think they were in a dynamic group. No video.

Watching the video the accused raised their weapons first, also started shooting first - no initiation.

I made some screenshots of the event from the video provided to show the situation maybe a bit clear.

Then the OP starts to shoot.

As you can see, this happened in seconds - no demands or initiation from any side.

i'll explain what happened (or was at least supposed to happen) (i'm the guy who the mic icon is on for the first frame)

frame one: the hostage starts screaming that he's a hostage so i start backing off to raise my glock and the man on the left raises his gun to start the initiation

 

frame two: the man on the right (the shooter) raises his gun to also start the initiation at this point the man on the left is about to open his mouth to tell the man to drop his gun (the words were never said as everything was over around 3 seconds later) (i'm still backing up in this frame)

frame three: the man raises his gun (i don't see why he raised his gun if two people soon to be three are raising their guns at him) at this point atleast i and after talking to the rest of the group after everything was done thought he was gonna shoot at us.

frame four: fearing for the safety of the group the man on the right opened fire at the man aiming a gun at him and the rest of the group he fired
