Why the verdict is not fair:

I think my verdict is not fail because I really dont know why I have been ban, Plus I dont even know an account called Syndicate unless my brother has been on on the server and got ban but I never know anything about this and all I saw on Youtube is that this server looks very cool and I really wanted to try play on the server.

My point of view is: Im watching a Youtube Video from Mr Moon cause I like his vids, Then I see a thing called DayZRP on the screen and Im wondering what it is and I find the website and then I make a account and then I am banned I swear I dont know why I have been ban and I just made the account yesterday im really annoyed because I wanted to be on the server.

What would you like to achieve with this appeal:

The thing I would like to achieve out of this ban appeal is for me to be unban 

P.S. I wasnt trying to promote the youtuber.

What could you have done better?:

I think I could have done better by putting more text in and put more detail in the post.

I want you to be honest with us, because honesty is always the best approach.

The Account called "Syndicate" was banned for Trolling in TS on January 2015. When we spoke to the guy in TeamSpeak about the trolling, he said that he is acutally the brother of the account owner and in your ban appeal you mentioned a "brother" too.

The last time the account Syndicate was active was the same day your account was created.

To be more specific I show you the dates:

Last visit for Syndicate: 8 Jan 2015, 14:09

Your account was created: 8 Jan 2015, 14:21

Hello Miss Terra.

I have 2 other brothers and they play dayz and my middle brother is a really good fan of dayz and he is really annoying for his trolling act and when my middle brother got the ban it was on a family computer and now I have bought myself my own computer and nobody from my family is aloud on it.

I know it sounds really stupid but its all the truth

Syndicate's last visit was yesterday at 14:09. Your account being created yesterday at 14:21.

So your brother who has been banned for nearly a year randomly decided to hop on the forums, only to realize he was banned.

Within minutes of his last visit, you decide to make an account. Please explain.

Okay heres what happend I went on my family laptop because mine was updating with stuff and my brother had his account still on the laptop and I singed out and then I made this one, once my computer was dont with the updates and stuff I sighned on from my computer and it said I was ban but I didnt do anything.

So the explanation we have gotten is this:

You have 2 brothers. One brother had an account on DayZRP. Your other brother used the account to troll on our TeamSpeak.

You saw a video of Mr.Moon. Came to our website. Logged out from your brothers banned account and then created a new one.

There's just too much uncertainty for us to be comfortable to grant you this appeal since we can't just take your word for it.

We have no way of knowing who would be using this account or if you are even telling us the truth.
