How does the stables work? I don't seem to have the option to store my horse in there.

Do I need a certain skill to do that? =/

The stable is used to breed horses, stallions, cows and bulls. You have to have 60 animal lore to access the stable and start to breed animals. If you have horseback riding, you can use the 'Get Horse' option to remove one of the horses that are being used for breeding.
