Detailed description of the events: Was robbed by a bunch of people for about a hour, got released and was looking around for loot and was robbed yet again by someone who sounded underage. I was take to a new barracks and told to strip naked after I refused I stripped naked and my friends threw a flashbang in and shots were going of. I was told by some Russian sounding person "run comrade RUN!". I got up and picked up a SVD and some black man came up to me and said "You were the person who shot at me earlier" and shot me in my face

Uploading video once I get out of game.

Charlie Chaska POV: My friends get initiated on at NWAF so a few of us go there to rescue them (we were already within 500 meters). One of us dies, another gets captured, so I decide to move up and investigate. I get taken hostage when I'm initiated on by multiple people. I'm taken into the cafe and united with 5 other hostages. Anyways, on to the relevant part; we're released, run north towards tents, loot a body and get told Vinnie is getting robbed at a barracks. We run to it, and see the guy inside the barrack making Vinnie strip naked. I open the door, throw a flash, somehow get blinded even though I'm behind a wall, and then get killed by someone not part of the situation.

Bad RP: Kid was making Vinnie strip naked.

RDM: Killed a compliant hostage.

I was apart of the situation Dusty that man who was robbing the fn fal man was my friend. I was talking to someone over at the firstation and my friend radioed me that 5 men were running over to the barrack so me and my friend come and I see 5 random men trying to breach and clear my friends building. I did not shoot until the 5 men opened fire on my friend then and only then did I open fire. If the man claiming to have video has video watch it and it will show what happened. I'm sorry to all who died I know it sucks when you die in dayz but it was you guys or my friend.

The reason I held him hostage was because I was shot at by a man with a FAL 10 minutes before that looked like him, the main reason why I took him captive was because I wanted to clear the confusion. But then 5 men rolled up on the barrack where I held him captive, I radioed my friend to come help. My friend was their pretending to act like them to be able to observe what the men were gonna do to me. The men threw a FlashBang and opened fire on me. Then after my friend killed them, we didn't kill the hostage (TheDarkSide) until he ran out and picked up a gun.

That's interesting you say that, because forcing a hostage to strip naked is considered bad RP, and killing a complying hostage without valid KoS rights or execution rights is considered RDM. The kill on me may be valid, but the kill on TheDarkSide was not at all.

At the very beginning of the video you can hear the hostage taker forcing Vinnie to strip naked which is later confirmed visually. I am killed around 1:11. Through an audio glitch, you can hear Vinnie being killed invalidly at 2:25 when the russian sounding dude says "You shot at me earlier".

Although it is widely known that stripping someone naked is badRP, this verdict (link and link) makes it clear that stripping someone is in fact badRP.

I didn't force the hostage I was not the man in the building. I also did not rdm you were going to kill my friend.

POV: After killing some Irish, they released our guys and fled. We then grouped back up and starting trying to locate basic supplies for them. As I am moving towards the barracks, Vinnie said he was initiated on so we move in. We group around the barracks and prepare to enter. One of the 501st throw a flashbang in, so I proceed to shoot the man who had Vinnie hostage. After firing a few rounds, I am killed by whatshisname, which is completely legit.

At that point the same guy starts killing/attempting to everyone in the area, some of who were not involved at all. He also attempted to kill Hellish who was in no where near the barracks when it happened.

Also in the video you can hear the following conversation:

Vinnie: "I'm going to go ahead and take this and I'm going to leave."

Man who kills him: "Alright"

Vinnie: "I appreciate it."

He then shoots him as soon as he touches the gear. This seems suspicious and baity to me.

tgtropicalgaming - As you have only been apart of this community just over two weeks we will also be revoking your whitelist with the reasons stated in this thread. 

In the video you can clearly see that you forced your hostage to strip naked. Threre is no RP scenario where you need to strip your hostage naked to go through his belongings. If you wanted to search his gear for a weapon you could have emoted it for instance like: "searches for a weapon." //do I find one? Which would have been a far better option in terms of roleplay. That way you would have let seen you were really interested in the roleplay and not only interested to see what he was hiding in his pants.

For the next time you decide to rob somebody, think about that.

yoofool - You kill the OP of the report when he's free to go. You tell him he can leave and shoot him the moment he does, this is called RDM and given the situation totally uncalled for. The hostage was in your care and your responsibility. You should have taken care of him like it states so in the rules. He was not a threat and was complying to your demand so killing him was not needed at all.

As the two of you are relatively new to the server and community I highly recommend the two of you during your time off the server to read through the rules again on what is acceptable behaviour and what is not. We as DayZRP pride ourselves with with the standards we have on the servers and we expect that everybody follows them.
