How would you like your eggs?

Recommended Posts

Yoshi    54

I LOVE cooking breakfast.

I especially love it when I hear how much people love the food I cook for them. My dad used to be the manager at a Waffle House, and taught me what I know about cooking breakfast at home.

SO, here it is!

I'm going to make eggs for everyone and post pictures of the results! If there's a new way to cook eggs that I haven't shown yet, and you want them, I'll give it my best shot. I'll even learn new styles if I don't know them already. (Post your style of cooked eggs in bold yellow)

I'll start with my favorite and the easiest to cook! SCRAMBLED!

Note: Every meal comes with a side of bacon. Always.

Edit: Submissions updated. Will cook as each breakfast comes around, so I'm not stuffing myself with eggs in one day.

Eggs to be cooked:

Scrambled (Homemade recipe)

Over Easy (Hold the crust)

Over Hard

Frambled (Fried and Scrambled)

Hard Boiled

Scrambled (Cheese and bacon)

Egg Whites (Like ya boi Khaled)

Poached

Omlet (Bacon, cheese, and salt)

Egg Whites (Use Turkey Bacon)

Coddled

Sunny-Side Up

Here are today's scrambled eggs! Sorry about the first blurry picture. I didn't realize it was blurry until I was already eating them…

Mostly scrambled with cheese. I'll fry an egg or cook one over hard if I'm making a breakfast sandwich, otherwise I gotta have 'em scrambled.

with rice :troll:

nah I'm kidding I love my eggs fried but at high heat so the edges are crispy, but the yolk is still slightly runny. add that on a piece of buttered bread(not toast) and some slices of ham is what I love to wake up to in the morning.

that or you can always just poach an egg and put it on a flat muffin... that's what my family always do and call it a 'fancy' breakfast

I don't like to take too long making breakfast, so scrambled all the way. But, then again, it's not like it matters how I set out to make them. They end up scrambled anyway.

Oh yeah, remember to pan fry the bacon so you can cook the eggs in the bacon grease.

Poached, with some cracked black pepper on whatever bread you enjoy toasted.

Sorry about being gone from this thread for so long, but I'm back in it! (This was really good, btw. Thanks for the recommendation, Roach!)

Updated OP to include this and complete Roach's order.

Poached is always good. Has to be nicely seasoned with a bit of salt and pepper :P

An omelette with bits of cooked bacon torn up and thrown inside with cheese melted over the top, some salt goes well too!
