Detailed description of the events:                                                           

While RPing in Kabanino with the French Boonie runs up to us telling us he didn't like us and then mooned us (Screenshot) we ignored it and continued to RP but after this he continued to moon us 3-4 more times, which we told him if he did it again he'd be killed. Later then Grigor comes over and also takes off his pants and moons us and says "Stick it in my hole" or something along those lines. And Boonie came along and mooned us also after that. Frank killed him since we warned him multiple times to stop. 

This led to JustLucas aiming his gun at Frank and shooting at him which led me to try to kill Lucas which resulted in my death. After this I spoke to Boonie and he stated that he was never part of their dynamic group and said he was travelling alone.

Pov: I was in the green 2 story house as i had been told some people were being hostile and sort what trolling. After about what seemed to be 20 minutes, they came over to my building and started saying along the lines. ''This is my house, get out..'' which i rped it in saying im trying to sleep can you please be quiet. I felt like it was going to be a hostile situation, so i left the house and went to the barns. About 5 minutes later we all return to the green house and i get behind them all on the stairs, alot of things are said but because everyone is talking over each other. I can barely understand what it said. I can only see the 2 people mooning them in the door way, i hear something along the lines that if you do it again we will kill you. He does it again, and im assuming frank raises his weapon and starts to shoot killing boonie. Not hesitating because he sprayed in the direction of my group and our allies, i shoot and kill frank. As the OP raises his weapon to shoot me i kill him with frank.

(I was told this report was only for the logs to be put up about who shot frank in the end with a AK/AKM)

If so this was a clear Miss ID as i thought you shot at our group/allies (Dynamic group) and killed one.

Hunter Williams POV, Hunter was in town, hunter stumbled across this loud obnoxious group in fact did not like this group of guys, throwing around words in a trolly nature shouting THIS IS MY HOUSE. THIS IS MINE MINE MINE. He Did began to get even by instead of just normally flicking them off or any verbal conflict exchanges but mooning the group not in ANY WAY shape or form sexual like grigors just in a sense a big F you. My character was just following the environment of RP going around which was just chaotic, I understood instead of mooning the group I could of just gave them the finger but hey call me unique I had 5-6 guys flicking them off as I am mooning them this group came off as hateful that is my reasoning of doing so. If anything my "mooning" was justified to show signs of HATE towards this group I was surprised at the fact he killed me IG he said "........dirt" which to my surprised he stated moon me again im going to put you in the dirt that I personally didn't pick up (not paying attention) however my video did. Video deleted 1 hours before report was posted unfortunately.

I also want to add this group was laughing at the fact I mooned them also made remarks "nice butt" "come over here and do it in front of me".

A group of men entered the city and started being causing minor trouble. I.E. Being loud, discharging weapons, Etc. At first I ignored the men and was dealing with people. Then after a time they started calming the Piano House belonged to them. I was not ok with this so I went up there and started arguing with them. In the middle of the conversation I puked on the desk. After more arguing the men just go and sit down in my office refusing to leave. So I picked up some of the puke that was on the table and threw it on the man sitting down and left the building. Not much more to it then what I originally said.

My PoV: I know Johnny IC for a while now and went to the town and was talking with people, I started joking around with Johnny and then he came over and threw up on the ground where I was standing (presumably from drinking too much water). After a while he threw some of it at me and turbo was next to me, i should have said *wiped it off onto bill* or something because that's what I was trying to portray but I guess it came out wrong.

Pretty much, I got it thrown at me, and instead of me letting it go on me I caught some of it and threw it off me and onto Billlshevik (Turbox).

Before posting my PoV I would like to comment first: You and your friends came into Kab knowing OOC that it was occupied by a force. OOC I'm guessing you probably knew there would be a lot of people in Kab considering recent events. You enter town and immediately claim real estate for yourself, and aggressively act towards anyone saying you didn't own it. In my humble opinion it looks to me that you came to Kab looking to start a fight. Which is completely fine. However, instead of initiating outright on the town, you decided to RP first, and get folks riled up. When you are successful in getting the folks riled up, a fight breaks out. Albeit not a great fight... mistakes may have been made.. but none the less a fight broke out, something which you were very clearly intent on starting from the get go. You then, after the fight... put up a report... What?

Here is my PoV:

There was a lot going on and the situation looked like two groups trying to get each other to intiate. The groups were our groups of minutemen and legionaires against there group (floor 11?).

During the confusion the thing I was hearing about was they were name calling and generally being rude but it was being done in rp as to force initiation from our side and that is fine. I then hear about the puking scenario and that was funny I will admit. after that they came to the green house I was in with 2 other members of our group. they ran in and started being rude and saying it was there house get the fuck out. so we did and upon leaving they started calling us pussies and one of them even called us faggots. ( I don't know what country you are from but in my country that is a very horrible word used to down talk a homosexual). After hearing this escalation, I joined in on the name calling and hostile words with the other members of my group. I didn't get a great look as to the events of the shooting and death, but I was present and participated in the verbal hostilities back and fourth.

Sorry I don't have any video. I think it might of been missed but I would like this to be closed, please. The people involved have apologized it seems they won't repeat their mistake. I feel this can be dropped as everyone has learned from their mistakes.

We didn't miss it. When it comes to reports about trolling and similar things we always take a second and third look before we close a thread.

If we feel that a person's actions can continue to do harm to the community it will be investigated.

With that said, it hasn't been decided yet if we are going to keep it open or not.

But we do take your request into account.

The whole "throwing puke at each other" is in our opinion something you should not roleplay out and can easily be seen as BadRP, if not trolling. There is no need to roleplay things like that out
